The problem is not necessarily the Center. The self proclaimed "General Manager", named Guillermo is extremely rude and talks down to adults. I was going to plan an event here but the idea of working with this person it not something that I would entertain. He spent the entire conversation telling us that the owner has cameras everywhere and he cannot do anything. I did not realize that custom service, intelligent conversation and a discussion constituted being continually informed about the owners cameras and being watched. The owner should be able to readily monitor the business, that is absolutely not the concern. The attitude and extremely limited ability of the General Manager, was downright scary.

My experience was awful I tried to give it 0 stars but it wont let me, anyways this was the worst game ever go to shadow land in chantilly instead my lazed gun or whatever it is called broke but the game masters employees did not believe me when I said my laser gun was broken so I spent the rest of the game was awful. It wasnt just me my cousin went through the same thing. I am telling you go to shadow land instead. Oh and the game master said at the end he forgot to change the settings in the game so it turns out you were able to shoot your own team, the game masters did not tell us that. Oh 1 more thing the staff was SO RUDE!!!!!!! But sometimes it is a fun game but I still think shadow land is way better.

I have had a mixed experience but whenever I go here with friends it is terrible especially the unlimited laser tag dont do it it is just a bully and harassment trap the teens are on drugs and high my friend was bleeding after a high teenager hit him over the head I go to the manager and he said he cannot do anything and he made us pay extra for coming to see himalso this place has the worst equipment possible floors are run down and I go instead they tell me to use my broken phaser as a melee weapon so worst staff ever so I just left the next time I go the only upside in this review is the clae machine is super easy to win I won 8 toys with 3 dollars over all Steer Clear

So I see a lot of negative reviews indicating issues with staff and equipment. I have been a regular for past 6 months with my two boys and have had a very good experience overall. The place is quite large and they love the 2nd level for sniping. The staff is fine, no issues and actually the front desk personnel have been quite friendly. The arcade is okay, nothing real special there but my boys enjoy it. The guns occasionally have issues as others have noted but they swap them out no real issue. The prices are quite good and we always have a good time. Make sure to check out Sunday kids discount before 12pm!!

We booked a party at the insistence of our child. THIS place sucks, facility is in bad shape, unfinished floors, cheap furnishings, dirty tables and utensils. Lousy and shabby attire of employees. Staff attitude was horrible, rude and unfriendly, at the time of booking charges were different and on repeatedly asking we were told there are no other charges. Following party was over, we were over charged like junk fees; amusement fee, facility charges in addition to otherwise costly charges. Staff refused to address those and were rude and unprofessional. This place is not worth visiting.

Terrible customer service upon booking. Would not give straight answers when asked specific questions. When transferred to the manager upon my request I was chewed out by the "General Manager" and told to take my business elsewhere. Management never asked what my question was or how they could help. Basically told to take it or leave it. Would have been my first booking. Needless to say I didnt and will not book a reservation. I was not surprised to see the other negative comments, especially about the GM online.

Party rooms and laser tag are great. Activities in between are also fun, though can be very crowded. Reservation and cancellation policies are awful though - make sure you can go before you reserve, and dont reserve too many people - all changes cut off 8 days before party day and any cancellation or reschedule results in paying the full price as if you had attended the party and eaten pizza etc - not a deposit, FULL PRICE. Hope my son doesnt get sick...

We walked in and the smell that accosted us rivaled a carnival Porta potty. We were told that the bases werent working so dont bother shooting them. Also, half the guns were malfunctioning. Surprise! This place could be a lot more fun if one didnt think it would be more effective to throw the guns at one another to get points. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

I used to like panther laser tag but now I believe it has gone downhill. The past few times I have been in games have only been about once an hour, and the technology is old compared to new laser tag center such as the zone or sudden combat which offers similar pricing if you buy through deals websites. The only upside is unlimited laser tag passes and friday/saturday night passes.

I went in and the staff gave me a broken gun!!!! And I told them 4 times that it didnt work and they were lazy and said itll eventually work, the whole game I couldnt play!!!! Dont come here, staff are rude, its dirty everywhere. Me and my cousins expierienced the worst game in our lives. You should go to shadowland in chantilly!!!!

Unlimited laser tag gets you in the door. The crappy state of equipment maintenance makes you feel suckered. Too many annoying malfunctions to make it worth the money and sucks the fun out of it. This place had been good, but they need to renew their equipment. Its steadily declined over the past few months.

Attended a bday party for my sons friend. The kids seemed to love the place, and enjoyed the arcade games afterwards. I thought they games were a bit expensive, but not over the top for places like this. Cant comment on service staff, as I had no interaction.

Laser tag is alright... If your gun works. Almost every single game that you put 50 cents or a dollar in to wait for your next game is busted. Owner doesnt feel like fixing anything thats busted, very poor management, please stay clear of this place.

These guys give you the runaround and change arrangements when you book a birthday party with them. Use caution and get details in writing when you use them for a childs party.

Laser tag arena is good, but a lot of the equipment was in bad shape missing straps and sensors out. Generally dirty and a little rundown looking.
