The staff were really the only saving grace for me. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind and efficient. They were impressive, and deserve at least 4 stars. Perhaps in the winter, I would have had a different experience, but the heat was so overwhelming in our 10pm show that the comedian was visibly suffering heat exhaustion, not to mention two guys in my group that grew sick from it. This was a seated show, not wall-to-wall-bodies at a concert, so there really is no excuse for poor ventilation or temp control. Bathrooms were scant, with only one multi-person ladies room upstairs....and in a packed venue, insufficient and downright dangerous to get to. Venue is small, so only so much can be done to fix "everything," but I shouldnt have to worry that John Mulaney is about to have a stroke right before my eyes because someone turned the AC off during June in NC.

Lovely venue: not to big, not too small. I took my daughter and her friend to see a show recently. We had reserved seats in the balcony, because Im an old person. The balcony has drink service, so you dont have to go back and forth for drinks. And ABC permits mean you can get a cocktail at your seat. The service was great, and all of the staff were super friendly. Theres a decent parking deck a block and a half away, which makes attending an event there a lot easier.

I wanted to go to an event. The tickets were being sold on Ticket Master with an atsronomical service fee. I assumed I could get the tickets in person at the box office for cheaper. I called Cone Denim Ent Ctr to no avail. No one ever answered the phone during business hours. I heard from others that you could buy tix in person but only on days that they have a show. Thats fairly inconvenient as there were none scheduled prior to the event I actually wanted to go to.

I have been here twice, once to see Dave Chappelle and another time to see The Osborne Brothers in concert. My husband has been here 3 times, for the 2 events mentioned above and for a Chevelle concert. It always seems clean, well staffed, and well stocked with alcoholic drinks- beer and mixed drinks. Theres not really a bad seat in the house! And we like that its a smaller venue!

Small, intimate venue. Nice staff. Family friendly. Saw Zoso last night for the first time and they were awesome! Cant wait to see them again. I cant believe I waited so long to see them. It was just like watching Led Zeppelin! Looking forward to watching other bands at Cone Denim in the future.

A fairly intimate entertainment venue, which I wasnt expecting. I had a fairly good checking in experience, and I enjoyed the concert I attended. A nice quaint place to hold a performance event.

This place has been so many clubs, but as a concert venue, they finally got it right. Great bar access. My only problem is that the owners are still sleezy. $40 to jump the line? Smh...

Drink prices are over priced. Venues is open but sometimes over crowded. Even when seats are purchased, they wont allow you to sit. My friend had a cast on her foot.

Nice venue, but they oversell shows. I paid for general admission and couldnt even access the floor because security refused to let me down due to crowd size.

Had a great time at the Rock 92 Comedy Show! Great venue. I only wish they offered some seating for concerts like they had a the comedy show.

I liked the venue and the staff was friendly. I thought the drinks were WAY over-priced. Two beers and 2 Fireball shots cost $32.

Not a bad seat in the house. $9 glasses of cheap wine and $4 bottles of water the only draw back. Wonderful service
