This place is a joke......first experience was on 4/22/15 waiting for a simple sandwich for 1 1/2 hours. Asked on several occasions where our food was, waitress assured us it was on the way. At the one hour mark.... actually went to the kitchen to discover she never put our order in. Whole time observing waitress on cell phone and smoking...... Last night 4/24/15, I went back because friends wanted to go and we werent eating only having a drink. I bought our table a round of drinks while they were dancing and paid cash. Went to the rest room, when I got back my friends said "thought you paid for the drinks", I said I did why.... they said waitress came back and made everyone pay for their drinks. Pretty good scam.... Of course no management was available and I was instructed to go see the "bouncer" who I believe is somehow related to the owner. He claims he can do nothing. Their customer service sucks, waitresses all look like they just got out of rehab, which possibly explains why our waitress collected on the bill twice.

So one night my friend claimed The Q, in Roanoke, over charged him. I did not believe him. To make a long story short, one night I got charged for 4 beers when I had 3. I had witnesses that were with me all night confirm. So knowing this, Ive gone back and tested my theory. On two occasions with two different waitresses, I was charged for one more drink than Id had. I spoke to them about this and they both said the same thing "I have you down for X drinks". I truly believe this place is running a racket on people where they believe you are too intoxicated to know how many drinks youve had. Straight up theft. Also, I read below on another review that someone else said "on a busy night, watch your check". So obviously there is a trend here.

Working for a business across the street it was great to find a place that had good food and quick service.....at first. Over the past 3 months our orders arent so timely, usually something wrong. Today was the same. Phoned ahead to place a pickup (tried delivery but they couldnt do it today and has been so the last 2 times). Got to the restaurant 15 minutes after ordering and then had to wait another 20-25 to get the order that was unfortunately wrong. One order was supposed to be chicken philly with only banana peppers but instead had tomato and onions and the littlest amount of chicken I have ever seen. I have attached a pic to show. Needless to say, disappointed to know that a place that is so close cant keep up.

Ate here because it was attached to our hotel. Beer is good in a bottle... My first glass had some weird flakes at the bottom. Fries and mozzarella sticks were good but the rest of the food I would not recommend. We had wings, salad and steak. If you want a bar with smoking and pool tables this would be it. Ok hang out for a drink and an app but that would be about it.

Not worth the time food was trash happy hour is the only thing good here..found a bug in my wing sauce.. sandwich was so small , took forever.. enless you come to drink pass this place up
