(Id rate lower than a 1 star if possible) THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I have literally never gotten a manager anywhere I have been because I work in customer service and I am overly understanding. Today, on my birthday, my girlfriend and I decided to go here to celebrate after leaving Sparetime since it was an hour and a half wait there. When we go to Celebration Station, we wait in line for a wristband but the system is down. I ask the lady when it will be up and she says at least 30 minutes. We go to buy a card for arcade games to pass time. We play two games and then the second game takes our tickets. We find an employee after a few minutes and we ask for help. She says that she will grab someone to help us with the machine. After a few minutes, she comes back and says that it is going to take awhile for someone to come back. I asked how long is awhile and she said she would just take our names & get a manager to give us our tickets (which she never did). So we go down stairs to see if the system is working again, and to my surprise, it was not. We wait 10 minutes and finally get our wristbands. We went on the go-carts which was actually very fun! It got cold so we went inside to get funnel cake, we waited in line and asked for a cup of water as well. The lady went in the back to get our water when the soda machine was directly in front of us. I told my girlfriend to check her cup because that is weird she couldnt get it from the soda machine and there was literally dirt in it!! Immediately, i asked for a manager. The first manager to approach us was Bryan. I told him everything bad that was happening and instead of fixing any of our problems, he cut me off in the middle of my sentence and throws a bottle of water on the counter beside me angrily and says "problem solved". By this point, i was infuriated. Him and I got in a screaming match in the middle of the place in front of kids because he, as a manager, did not know how to properly talk to a concerned customer or fix any problems. My girlfriend jumps in when he throws the bottle of water and he cusses at her! Im beyond mad at this point, losing my temper, and he storms off in the middle of all of this. I then ask another employee to please get a manager that could act like they had some sense and properly address my concern without cussing at me or my girlfriend! Another manager, Derek, comes to us. We tell him our problem and he immediately does everything in his power to fix it. A manager should never, ever yell or cuss at a customer under any circumstance unless the customer has become aggressive which at that point the police would get involved. I am appalled by this man (BRYAN) and I honestly would go to corporate if Derek would not have intervened.

Highly overrated!!! Do not waste your time or your money here. Cost is extravagant for no more activities than it includes (only really slow bumper boats and one go cart track). The staff is extremely rude in every aspect to every member of our party from young to old. And I mean rude and argumentative! The food costs quite a lot and by the time the staff gave it to us it was cold. Two of the members of our party was 16 (was actually there for one of their birthday) they was going to ride their younger siblings on the go carts but was told they could not because they didnt have a license (What?!) No where on the sign does it state you must have a license (States must be 56 inches and over 16 to ride a passenger) , when i questioned the staff and pointed this information out was treated rudely. Biggest waste of money ever. The smaller children were told they were too small to ride the go carts on the kids track which is the only kids ride out there after we had paid over $20 bucks per kid. In the arcade they give you a card with virtual "coins" to use, the games are not a set amount like most places, and are strange amounts like 2.4 coins, 5.3..ranging on up so you can never actually use all your money you put on the card and you cant use multiple cards..(example: game cost 5.3 we had 1. 4 on one card (no games that cheap) 2.2 (same) and 3 on final card) basically had to throw that money away.... From one parent to another, save your money! (See my photo about the go cart ride sign does not state you need a license at all)

Horrible experience our entire family hated it. The games are overpriced- for our 600 tickets we couldnt get anything worth the time spent. The go-cart was the main reason we came- we saw the attendants let the same people Ride four times in a row while we had to wait in line- the were so rude- why isnt anyone monitoring the line? By the time we rode we waited an hour then when we did ride one of my family members had a faulty cart- the wheel FELL OFF ON THE TRACK. Upon further evaluation all the go- carts had old tires that were fraying; when we asked for a refund the manager could only give us tokens- no cash. Just tokens. What a waste. Please do not bother coming here; the tables were sticky and dirty, the atmosphere was dark and loud and there were six attendants just standing around not doing anything about it. It was worse than any game place Ive been to- go to Chuck E Cheese or Dave and Buster- dont come here. Also, we ordered food- there are better options; everything is frozen heated.

Came with my grandmother, the idea is great, but delivered horribly, horrible customer service except for a few exceptions, the opening manager is nice. Games are of good quality, and go carts is a ton of fun. The employees couldnt care less about their jobs, when I went, an employee threw his whistle at another and quit after assaulting another employee, then an employee at the go carts preceded to accuse me and my party for skipping lines but we did nothing of the such and refused to discuss the matter with me. I stayed off the ride and didnt get to ride once with my whole family. I appreciate the rain checks, but I would much rather prefer a refund, for I wont ever be coming back to my childhood favorite location for fun activities with the fam. Thanks for wasting my grandmothers time and money. Preesh

I like to take my children there once every couple of weeks. My 6yr old son likes to drive the Jr. Go Carts and my 4yr old twins like riding on the water bumbper boats and are tall enough to ride beside me on the Adult Go Carts. We havent made it to the batting cages just yet. When the weather is too cold or it rains I like to take the kids inside to the Arcade to play some video games and roller ball. They do need to update some of their games as well as keep the game cost under .50 cents. If your kids want to drive the go carts more than one time, you would be better off getting an arm bracelette right up front. Check those prices 1st before you buy anything, it adds up fast. I would recommend Celebration Station to anyone with children. I have always received great customer service while attending.
