Miranda almost ruined our wedding. Miranda lied to us repeatedly. A month after we signed our contract, we were told that the building was going to be renovated. We were told that the renovations would be completed well before the date of our wedding. We spoke with Miranda several times after this and each time Miranda assured us that the renovations would be done well before the date of our wedding. Four days before our wedding, I visited the facility and discovered the renovations were not even close to being over. There was no way that we would be able to have our reception here. I had to find another venue with four days left before our wedding. This added unnecessary stress. If Miranda had told us the truth, we could have made other arrangements. Instead, Miranda almost ruined our wedding, but we luckily found another venue.

Miranda Sendze provided extremely poor service to my husband and myself (venue for our wedding reception). Miranda Sendze failed to communicate a major problem with her venue. My husband went to the venue 3 business days before we were scheduled to use it and that is how we discovered that it was unusable. We were expecting almost 150 out of town guests in 72 hours and we had no place for our wedding reception. My husband and I had to find a new wedding reception venue and then redirect all of our guests, our caters, photobooth operator, DJ, etc. Miranda Sendze then delayed in giving us our money back so that we had to scramble to pay for a new venue. She is an unprofessional business woman and a lousy communicator. I would not recommend Miranda Sendzes venue, the Majestique Center, to anyone.

It is rare to find people who enjoy what they do and Miranda went above and beyond to give me her space at such an affordable price and the decor was themed just right! Her decoration at my wedding was so glamorous and breathtaking for a very affordable price.
