TLDR Skip it rather than hit it. Bathrooms and food areas were disgusting and not well maintained. From tables failed to be cleaned (I checked and there wasnt a single table that was cleaned) to the urine all over the stalls in the restroom (also not a single one that was even remotely usable). Some clientel leaves much to be desired (several groups of people smelling like weed). Wouldnt take my kids. Many game machines are in disrepair or rob you of your money. Its a nice idea, but a failed effort. The overall experience didnt create anything I would want to bring upon myself again and I felt more cheated out of my time, money, and effort than anything. And again, the food areas and restrooms were absolutely repulsive. I did not bother to experience billards, bowling, or lasertag. This is just for the Arcade Area.

We used to absolutely love coming here but the staff has changed. What used to be a fun and warm environment is absolutely rude. And the administration doesnt care. I wrote to them weeks ago and was ignored. They encourage you to eat at apple bees to then come upstairs to play but theres a guard stopping you from bringing leftovers in - no surprise here but hes rude about it. The ride operators basically yell at the children. The arcade games arent the best quality. Bowling is frustrating. We had to let multiple people know our lane was frozen because they would say ok and not come and fix it. As a result, I am going to take my business to Dave & Busters and really recommend you do the same.

I was here this evening. I was waiting to purchase tickets for my kids and was rudely told by one of the managers that the line started here...after I waited for 10 minutes for the knowledgeable clerk that was helping another patron. This manager actually yelled at me. I asked the staff.."are there signs posted as to where at line begins". No they replied. There isnt any signs. I spoke with the general manager who seemed to care less..and basically dismissed me. No apology...just.." Ill talk to him. Whoever owns this establishment better wise up to who he entrusted to represent his financial interests. This group is completely unprofessional.

I went with 6th and 8th graders. They enjoyed the games and the rides although the gokarts were not inservice and that was a big disappointment. The cards my kids had included 1 hours worth of games, and 2 activities but it was not really clear what counted as what. We arrived at noon so I thought it was too early for the staff to have an attitude. Although some of staff was distracted and rude, others made up for it by being friendly and helpful. The place is basically a CHucky Cheese for big kids.

Freaking ridiculous place. I went there a few days ago and it was AWFUL AND DISGUSTING. All the rides were faulty, with a lot of "technical difficulties" which meant long lines, staff were ridiculously cruel and must really hate kids (ironic, yes?) And the food was disgusting. I hated this place. PLEASE, PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF the time and money. Call it a day and go to Six Flags or something if you really want to have fun. Dont come to this filth.

First impression is terrible. Im all the way in Philadelphia trying to plan a weekend trip for my baby girl in NYC. I go online for pricing I could not find the pricing, I decide to call them. The receptionist (Some chick name Whitney) goes and say "look online" I told her what happened and she says again "well its on the website go look again". Im like you cant just tell me how much it is? like damn! They dont have Go Karts anymore.

This place is wonderful. The staff is energetic & friendly. I called today for a last minute birthday party and they were able to accomodate my guest.. Thank you for saving my god sons bday party.We originally went to gun post lanes and were treated horribly so i took my guest to fun fuzion and it was the best decision. Much thanks to Tasha (Supervisor) and Eugenia for all your help in making my Godsons day so much fun!!!

Worst experience ever! The employees are rude, they do no know anything about their company. Everyone blames the other person. I spoke with two managers and the both have me attitudes. There are absolutely no refunds! So make sure you have enough time to do everything you paid for. The games also suck and take your points away even if you dont play. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I used to love coming here, but the manager is so rude. The workers are nice and reasonable, one even let us go into laser tag without signing up. The manager, on the other hand, was so rude. I was picking up the ping pong balls, and got yelled at and threatened to be kicked out, even though I already paid. If I could plan a trip, I would never come here again.

Its a great for your birthday party. Its so fun. It has glow in the dark bowling , a huge arcade , Laser tag ,bumper cars , go karts, and a lot of other cool stuff. If you want to have a birthday party and just have fun with your friends Funfusion at New Rock City is the place to go!!! ☺☺☺

First and last time going to Fun Fusion. Some of the most careless human beings work here. And, they surely care about taking your money than putting a smile on your face. Definitely recommend you going to Dave&Busters though if you havent yet! Amazing vibes and environment!

Call over the phone to request information about their laser tag teen party and the lady who picked up the phone was of no help. Told me it was no reservations made. First come first serve.. I hope that when I bring my son with his ten friends we dont get turned away...

i had a great time the only thing was the go-kart line was super long and disorganized and when i got to the top of the line i was literally right under 60 and i couldnt drive. It was the worst thing by far other than lazer tag that took forever.

Clean, organized, place with helpful workers. I went bowling with my nephew and the only complaint I had was that the bumper on one side of the lane wouldnt go up unless we physically pulled it up every time it was my nephews turn to bowl.

A fair amount of activities to do, considering the surrounding shops and the included lazer tag, go carts, and arcade. The go carts are kind of simple and the track is not very exciting, but good for kids 9 and under.

The staff are very unprofessional over the phone and in person, talking, joking and cursing. This was at the bowling alley, other than that it was clean and the music was good. The children had a great time.

It was fun at bowling. But the laser tag sucked 1/2 of the red team phasers were broken.Also we used a fuse card, seriously who gives a school group a card with like 100 creds?The pizza was good though.
