This is the theater that I always choose to go to with my boyfriend, family, and friends. On Thursday April 30, 2015 We were a group of 30 people seeing a preview of Avengers 2 Imax with a special edition poster. We always go on Thursdays for these special edition posters and have always got them before we went into the theater. This time we were told we would get the poster when the movie was over. We leave the theater and there is not one employee in sight. We go to the service desk to complain about it because we are good customers that bring a lot of business to this location. We will no longer go to this location to see any other movie! The manager Dan was trying to rectify the situation in a calm manner and then a guy in a suit with no name tag comes over and says whats the problem? Without giving his name, title, or anything. We thought he was a random guy, but he wound up being management and got very loud with us for no reason and telling us that this big group was a safety issue. They told us that the posters ran out in a earlier showing, but told us prior to entering that we would recieve them when we left. Running out of product is one thing...but misinformation for such a large group and then no word on their mistake until after I had to search for them is completely unacceptable. He screamed, put hands in peoples faces, and he even told us to shut up. Meanwhile, no one cursed or got loud at all with the previous manager, he came over completely lacking any real managerial skills and escalated the situation to a lvl it never had to reach. That was the last 240.00 I will ever spend in this establishment. For this ill spend the gas and go to Farmingdale or Island 16 and be treated like the customer I deserve to be.

A very new, clean theatre. Everyone rating says the seats are cumfy. People, its a brand new theatre. The service was horrible, management is a joke and you get the kind of service from the staff that assures you why they get paid $7.25 an hour. Imax is a joke, they say the screen is 35 feet tall but Regal requires they cutoff 5 feet from the bottom to accommodate handicapped patrons. So its a 30 foot screen which is the same size as there largest non Imax theatre. So your paying $20 a ticket for better sound and slightly better picture. For that money Id say go to New Roc, Manhattan or Garden City which has 70 foot tall screens or to AMCs Imax in Stony Brook which is 35 feet tall but does not cutoff the 5 feet. So basically yes, nice cumfy seats, crisp sound, good sized theatres, but what do you expect from a brand new theatre. Prices are on par with movie theatres and food is pretty good but the one thing they need to excel in they fall flat. Dont waste your time.

I want to see a 2:10 movie. I didnt mind that the concessions and the tickets were pricey but I did mind sitting in the theater and watching the movie while sweating as there was no air conditioning turned on. Also the popcorn was stale and when I got out of the movie I had to race home because it gave me the runs. Like I said I really dont mind paying the high prices but to pay the high prices and sit there and sweat because there is no air condition and then to pay high prices for stale popcorn which in turn gave me the runs is just awful I will not be returning to this dump. To the individuals that run this dump if you happen to come across this and read it you should all be ashamed just awful, awful experience. May your families have an experience like this sometime down the road when they go watch a movie. Karma people Karma it gets all of us :(

All I can say I never had a problem here the location is great clean and the staff is nice. But today I had let the kids in by themselves since the no backpack policy which is great which I learned about it today. I explained that I could not take the backpack to the car because I was dropped off and I wasnt about to throw it in the trash either so I said if I empty everything and put in bag how about that. The manager said no I was like really ...you search my bags and all I had was the kids things in there and still no. I was really frustrated about that but the kids went in and I waited in the lobby for two hours. In the end the kids were happy and I was frustrated. Then I saw some of the staff not checking bags to many of the people coming in. I dont think Ill be going there for sometime maybe after few months.

1st: its overpriced. To watch a movie, it cost almost $20 no including 3D. The beverage & snacks are restaurant prices. 2nd: the staffing. Have of them, dont know whats going on. No communication. One staff tells you to go to this line & another with different instructions. 3rd: Internet: your website & theater does not share the same information. When looking up a movie listing for showtimes in their webpage, you find the information different when you arrive at the theater. 4th: my favorite grievance. Before the showing the film, some of your advertisements salute my fellow service members but your theater refuses to offer military discounts. When asked, one of your supervisors replied, " sorry but we do not honor that here".

Thats me in the picture. Thats how shocked I am in my cozy seat at Regal Deer Park 16. I am dissatisfied with this theater! I walked into the bathroom to questionable sounds, only to find out it was a couple doing the "hanky-panky" and from that alone I am shook! I buy my ticket from a mopey kid who looked like he has seen some horrors. I didnt even show my ticket, the person didnt even look at my ticket. He looked at me and just did one of those sups and I was like....okay and walked to my number. I went into the theater number 15 and I was flabbergasted! Popcorn everywhere, the staff was not doing their job and was talking about how many time they were laid. Im done with this theatre. IM DONE!

Went to see Dunkirk Thursday, July 30th at 11:30pm. The two stars comes from my experience with the concession. Was the only one on line at the time and no exaggeration had a 20 minute wait for a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Not the end of the world as I soon made friends at the pick up area. The worst part is that about an hour later, my stomach was in such pain, eventually left the cinema and ran into a dirty bathroom to throw it up. My fault for ordering food at the movies, but I write this not to knock the cinemas, rather to prevent you from wasting time, money and possibly getting a rotten mean. Nothing wrong with cinemas itself.

i like this place, its pretty convenient to get to and there is ample parking. The guys at the ticket booth are usually on top of things and get you into the theater quickly. The concession stand is pretty efficient too. And there is so much to choose from now to eat. Pizza, nachos, hotdogs, and the usual popcorn and candy. The theater is clean, they promptly clean after each showing, so youre not sitting in other peoples mess after they leave. The individual theaters are your typical "smallish" multiplex sized...so if you like to sit further back for a popular movie, get there early, otherwise youre sitting up front.
