WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! DONT BOOK HERE! The owner Joe is a crook and pretends that he is doing you a favor, when in reality he just wants money! I had to threaten him with a lawyer before I got any kind of response back from him! Erin Costanza was the worst banquet director ever!! Never returned emails or phone calls!! Promises you the world and cannot deliver- I contacted them a year prior to my wedding date and then found out 2 months later ( after no response from emails or calls) that Erin had quit!! None of my contract agreements were held up and I had to pay way more than I should have had to. I kept the wedding date simply because it was too last minute to change everything. The day of the wedding came and went, and honestly if I would have known the stress and headache I would have had to deal with here at this place, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! NO COMMUNICATION!CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!! I felt like I was the wedding planner since I had to do everything myself!!! It is not run like a buisness at all!! Half assed, no organization or direction!

Terrible!!! They made me cry on my wedding day! Our contract stated that there is to be NO NUTS in any of the food, as my sister has a life threatening allergy. When served my lasagna, it was covered in pesto sauce...which is made from PINE NUTS! I began to cry when I realized the venue was full of food that could kill my sister. When we tried to negotiate with them days after the wedding, they said "its no big deal, no one got hurt." NO ONE GOT HURT BECAUSE I (THE BRIDE) HAD TO RUN TO THE KITCHEN AND DEMAND THAT THEY DO NOT SERVE IT! They also charged cash bar at our wedding for 2.5 hours until we noticed, when we payed for open bar the entire time. They claimed it was a "little mistake." They took advantage of our guests. They were completely disorganized. I went through 3 wedding coordinators before my wedding and they increased the price by 26 percent WITHOUT TELLING ME. Needless to say, they really messed things up. DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT HERE. HORRIBLE.

Do not book your event here! Once Erin gets your deposit she stops contacting you. After two months I finally got tired of calling and emailing and getting no answer or being toldso I talked to the president Joe. He promised me my money back told me to call the office and they would take care of it a week later I called to see when I could pick up my money. Joe asked me who promised me my money back and pretended he had no recollection of our conversation. It was after that conversation and 3 months after my first email to Erin that she finally got back to me about the menu only to inform me that they could not have my wedding on the day specified. I work int he wedding industry and I hear terrible things about the IACC especially Erin.Please dont learn the hard, expensive way like I did. Almost a year later and they still wont refund my money. Had to find a new venue and cut my budget because of these crooks.

We chose this place for my big party because it is very modern and clean and beautiful inside with a very high ceiling in the main ballroom. The lighting at night was very elegant with incredible views of the balconies. Very helpful staff who let us come in the day before the party to set up our props and decorations. This place is perfect if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion. The separate bar / lounge area off of the main ballroom is also a nice touch! Special thanks to Peter who is on staff there who went the extra mile to create a slide show for us of our photos to show at the end of Dinner. Peter even helped to carry our props and load our truck up at the end of the night well after the party was officially over. I will give it 5 stars when comparing it to the other main banquet halls here in Rochester which are definitely not as good as this place!!

We had my daughters wedding at the Italian American Community Center on Saturday, October 1st. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful. The place is beautiful. My only gripe was that we had to get another bartender in because there was only 1 bartender for 200 people and coffee was not served with dinner in a timely manner. Other than that, everything was WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!

The show was good (Patrick Johnson) on 01/14/17 but the food was overpriced... Cheeseburger platter w/fries $9. Average of about 5 fries and wrong or missing items on sandwich. We even got one served w/no meat on it. Hard as a rock burnt funnel cake. $80 food bill, $35.00 drinks (2 beers and soda). What a waste of money. Should have went to McDonalds to eat, Cheaper and tastier there.

What a disgraceful establishment! My friend chose this venue for her wedding, and the customer service after the fact has been abysmal. Not only do they not communicate with my friend, but they are ILLEGALLY withholding her money for no good reason! They repeatedly give her the run around, dont return calls, and are very rude. DO NOT choose this venue!!

Recently attended a baby shower there as a guest for a brunch. It is a beautiful building with a lot of history. I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I was surprised how much this building had. The banquet staff was very friendly and professional. I recommend this place, for any one looking to have an event catered.

Fun Times! I was there for My Cousin Anne and Matt Machis Wedding. Awsome bar tenders. God Vibe~ "Its the Italian lover in me." Love to talk to "The old man" with Dinero at the Italian American Community Center some time. I saw a cool biker with a Dinero patch the other day~ Just Go! Ps. Matts Dad is cool too I guess~

Therell be a large party there on December 10 and I am a chef last year it was at the Marriott Im a personal chef for four different millionaires and I hope the services but Ive been in the restaurant business for 39 years I dont want to try any longer

Attended wedding for my niece and this place and it was decorated beautifully... food and service was excellent... only complaint was that it got very hot as the night wore on.
