Fun place for horse racing, a bit of slots, a buffet, and soon they are going to expand their casino to include table games. Do not eat at Coasters in the Casino the food is ok, however the service is very slow, even on a slow day no one is around to wait on you. I have eaten there several times so I say this not as someone who was there on a busy day. After waiting for 10 minutes I walked up the what seemed to be the manager that we were leaving, but there were a few other tables that they might want to get some over to. He didnt even say he was sorry he just said; "We will get to them." That in my opinion is very bad customer service and brings down how I feel about the casino in general.

Payouts are terrible here. My friend and I decided to give this place a try instead of Turning Stone. We were extremely disappointed. I was betting between $1-1.50 and only received $.04 in winnings per dollar. Awful. We also went to the country fair buffet, and never have I had restaurant food that was so tasteless and unappealing. The carved turkey breast was barely palatable because it was so dry!!!! Overall I spent $200 at the casino between the slots and food, and came back with nothing except upset stomach. I will never go here again.

Great place to gamble. My Mom loves the slots but the horse racing looks like fun too. The casino is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great day trip for anyone from the Buffalo area, only about 3 hours from Buffalo. The food is good and staff in restaurants also friendly and helpful. The only con to this casino is it doesnt have a hotel. However, I was informed they will be building one to be completed in 2018! This will make this casino too notch! Cant wait to return.

Fast service and reasonable fee. I used this ATM machine when I needed some cash to place a bet on the horses. But as I was retrieving my money, there was a vice coning from the machine that told me to enter my pin. Then it turns out that I used my number to pick my horses, so winners in the first four races were 6, 6, 4, and 7, which matched my pin number. I suggest using this ATM machine before betting on your horses because it will give you the winners. It did for me!

A local place to gamble. The recent expansion allows for more gaming including poker, table games, high limit slots, additional slots and additional restaurant. The parking garage is a great new addition. I enjoy the fact that you can spend less per session than most casinos but didnt have much payback. I would suggest driving the extra time to go to a bigger casino but if you want a place thats close it is an advantage.

I give this place 4 stars based on the fact that they have all the basic ingredients of a casino and its the only one within a 2 hr drive. If they had competition it would be a different story altogether. Turning Stone is much nicer, Rivers Casino is nicer, Lago is nicer, even Mohegan Sun Pocono is nicer, but if you dont feel like driving, Tioga Downs will do.

Sucked just plan sucked ! Line on buffet was ridicules ! No room for handicapped poeple to get around . no tables set up for the handicapped? Pay out on slot machines must be the worst in the state . The staff that filled the buffet was acting like i was bothering them when asked for help ? Have to say one good thing or waitress was very helpfull .

Beautiful casino lots of slot machines that do not hit very often and the tables have great dealers and pit bosses but the tables dont pay out very well at all it would be a great casino if it handed out more winners to keep people coming back but it is very discouraging when all I do is put money into this casino and never receive any pay outs

Every since the expansion and all new slot machines this place has gone down hill.. absolutely hate the whole experience there now. We will not be returning again. people are rude, very crowded and most of the games are based after chinese gambling machines that are hard to understand and seem very confusing. many people were complaining.

Going for years there, got greedy games are not paying out at all ,stopped going there ,go to turning stone get 5s more free play then ever got there spend half the money ,they at least let you win at turning stone ,sorry tioga downs you need to stop being so greedy wont be back shame you are a lot closer but not worth come there

Went 2 days in a row because I could not believe the payouts were so terrible the first day. Second day was worse, if that is possible. Slot machines are new and fun but they just gobbled up my money and gave NOTHING back. Too bad, I would have liked to come back since it is an attractive place. Lost quite a bit of money.

They are way understaffed at the bars. It took 20 mins to get a drink. The two girls behind the bar were working hard!!!, but couldnt keep up with a full bar and the waitresses. Whos running this place?? People at tables makes you more money then people waiting at the bar to pay for a drink. Back to turning stone!!

Note to management. You need more tellers at the otw on bigger race days. Your machines work half ass also. Costed me alot of money getting shutout . I do this all over the country and been at some real dive tracks. But this is by far the worst betting setup in the country. Good luck with the derby tomorrow

No where else for the area hillbillys to go....the waiting line to get into the restaurant was ridiculous...they say the food is good....toss out some cash, load up a machine, loose it then think "Shucks, I could have washed my car at a real car wash for how much money I just lost" try another machine. ..

Fun gaming atmosphere. Dont go expecting to win, but easy to break even if you dont get greedy. Employees were all very friendly. Buffet is $15 and the food was awful. On par with a high-school cafeteria. Parking was plentiful. Im hoping they get their casino bid, that could really lift this place up.

Clean, NO SMOKING SECTIONS , not many table games.. ZERO "old school " slot machines.. all slots are computerized. They DO NOT offer free slot play for first timer sign up in their players club. Also they are NOT a 24 hour establishment, they close at 3am Wouldnt go out of my way to come back again..

Only 4 stars because I didnt win :-)..smallish casino but everything is clean and functional..recently added table games..underwhelmed by the $17 dinner buffet,but if you have enough points and its free...love the sports bar avail at the front entrance, $3.50 cocktails on Saturday afternoon

Tioga keeps improving there new casino and I cant wait to see whats happening next. The staff are helpful and friendly. Table games are usually a good price. During busy hours it does get packed and is sometimes hard to find a table. I will definitely go back and recommend to a friend.
