I did not like the seating at all. They are so low that your knees will start to hurt 30 minutes into a 2 hour movie. The arm rest do no fold up so you can cuddle with your date and the back rest are low so you cannot lean your head back to get comfortable. The screen in theater 5 was also dirty when I saw Sacario, during scenes that contain "white" you can see the vertical dirty lines all through out the screen. Aside from that, it was pretty clean all around and no garbage on the floor, no toddlers or babies crying either. Again, the seats are such a let down. Next time Im going into the city for better seats.

Awful Movie Theater ... I went to see The Shack yesterday. The minute I walked into the lobby there was this horrible smell. We purchased our tickets and went into the theater. The floors were sticky and we had a hard time trying to find clean seats. All of the upholstery on each and every seat is stained and filthy. About halfway through the movie mice started to run under the seats, running into our feet. That was the end of the movie for us. It was absolutely disgusting that the place is filthy dirty with mice running all over the theaters. NEVER GO TO THIS MOVIE THEATER!

Great theater. Been here for years and I keep coming due to the large cinema sets which always enhances the movie viewing experience. This is probably one of the largest amc theaters in the area with multiple concession stations placed right in the middle. Only knocking a star off only because it hasnt updated the self serve ticket kiosks to easier and more reliable machines that are present in nearby Roosevelt field AMC. Another plus would be reclining seats but that is up in the air. Otherwise Raceway is one of the best theaters in the area.

In such modern neighborhood, this theatre is antiquated (old) and smelly. The seats hardly reclines back, has no foot rest and are filthy!!!! The odor was that of a building that has not been opened for YEARSSSSS!!!! It was impossible to sit through a 2 hour movie understand such circumstances. After launching a complaint to the manager, I was given 3 return movie tickets to any AMC theater.... For sure we wont be returning to this location!!!! Bottom line, DONT.... DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

In an area that is populated with many shops and restaurants this movie theater doesnt quite stack up. The facility is rather old and dated, with a few surrounding theaters taking the award for being much better overall. Lacking here are reclining seats, assigned seating, and the concessions stand. Others offer this with a clean presentation. The Corporate Drive location does offer a wide array of options but the amenities need to be modernized.

They ran out of small coffee cups and I asked if he could fill up a large cup half way. He was odd and said we better see if we have small coffee cups in the back like he didnt understand there was another way. I waited 3 minutes and then said can I have the large cup since she has not come back yet and still looking for small cups. He said ok I can fill it up all the way. I said thats ok just half is fine. Weird situation...

Big theater with big auditoriums. It is fairly clean, not spotless but you wont notice is when the lights are off. The floors are usually very clean as well. The auditoriums and seats are pretty old but comfy enough (I actually like them better than the leather reclining ones). This theater always shows many of the latest movies and some less known ones as well. Great theater but with some flaws.

This is a simple yet quiet theater. I really enjoy the atmosphere and i love seeing the movie during the week. I really like the fact that the crowd is not rowdy and loud so can really hear and enjoy the movies at your own leisure. They have lots of seats and even have seats for the handicap. Great food and staff and they have lots of stalls in the bathroom so no one has to wait.

i love this theatre so much! tickets are not overpriced. candy is overpriced although all movie theaters are. stadium seating so no one is ever blocking your view of the screen. fun arcade and games by entrance. great quality film and great volume. food and candy is excellent. sometimes a little dirty floors but ALL movie theaters are like that. i recommend this theatre.

Went to see trainwreck. Girl behind me took 3 phone calls during movie, complained on line and never heard back from amc. Chairs not high back and not that comfortable. No stadium seating. Bathroom not that clean. Theaters need a renovation. Better off going to broadway mall, they have recliners with stadium seating and cleaner bathrooms.

In general, its just not a clean theater. There is popcorn and snacks on the floor in the lobby and ticketing area. The seats are also really old and kinda dirty. The picture quality was fine, but the speakers used in the theater were front firing, so there was no surround sound effect at all. Not really worth the $13/ticket.

Some of the seats smelled really bad. I moved to the middle seating area to get a central view of the screen. Bad idea. These seats are more frequently used and as a result are dirty. I was gagging halfway through the movie. Had to discreetly hold my fingers to my muse half the time. Impaired my enjoyment of the movie.

This theatre isnt the fanciest but it shows movies and serves up delicious popcorn - what more do you need. It rarely seems too busy or packed so youll more than likely be able to see the show you want to see when you want to see it. They now have touch-screen beverage dispensers so refilling drinks is a breeze.

They need to spend some money to upgrade thier dirty old seats AND they also need to teach the staff some basic hygiene. Pls have your people clean all that popcorn and dirt from the ticket area. Its not appealing. I actually really love this theater otherwise, its just that the standard as fallen over time.

Went to see Suicide Squad on Friday morning and the whole theater was filthy...Smelled horrible, popcorn and straws thrown everywhere from the lobby to the theater..The seats are all dirty and stained....took me forever to find a seat that I would let my 8year old son sit on.....totally a waste of space!

Great AMC location, Ive seen a few dozen films here with friends and family over the years. The self serve butter works without problem, the bathrooms are hit or miss but the theater is in generally good condition. They tend to have different films than the other AMC down the road @ Roosevelt Field

Love this theater! It still the only one around with the "old" seats. I hate assigned seating! Here, you can go in, look around and pick your own seats. Cant stand those living room recliners in a theater; they can only fit enough of those for about 50 people.

Longest concession stand lines of any theater I have ever been to. -And so ridiculous that they make you wait in line, even after you have tix, to get into the theater. The theater is so outdated, it really needs a serious upgrade, structurally & operationally.
