I want to start this review by saying that the bowling alley is well kept, most of the staff was friendly and the servers were efficient. Now, I had a horrible experience with Wendy, the manager. She was rude not only to us, but to the employees as well. She was super unprofessional with the employees talking down to them in front of customers. We played 3 games and decided to enjoy some food before starting the next one. Once she noticed that we were eating and not playing she came over ( in a very rude manner) to advise us that we would have to move if we werent going to continue playing. I would understand that if there people waiting to play and no lanes unavailable, but that was not the case. I would say about half of the lanes were still available at this point. She ONLY turned her attitude around when I asked for her name and position at the alley, knowing that a negative review was brewing. I will take my business elsewhere next time where it will be appreciated and respected, especially by a supposed manager, who was not manager material at all.

First of all let me start with the staff. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. So sorry they work for a manager who belittle them and spoke to them nasty in front of customers. The manager Wendy from the start of us getting their had a very bad attitude, treated us differently becuase we were not regulars or maybe a racial thing who knows. But she kept harassing us throughout our time in the alley. She told us we had to move if we were not bowling (we bought drinks, food and 4 games) but she kept harassing us even though the alley was empty. Very nasty and unprofessional. I would not going here anymore and I would not recommend to anyone as long as that manager Wendy is there.

Normally a fine place to bowl. Yesterday they decided to sand down half the lanes while people were bowling. Yes, they were running loud sanding machines and kicking up particles of who knows what with not a care in the world. No one in their right mind would sand their wood floors without wearing a respirator and taking other precautions but AMF seems to think that it is a swell idea to subject their customers, many of whom are children, to this. We left when we realized whst was going on, but this shows a callous disregard for customers and employees. Really bad judgement.

If youre a bowler, then this alley is not for you. The lanes are not oiled properly and this place attracts a lot of dimwitted millennials who have no lane etiquette. The bartender is usually some man in his 50s who can only pour beer. Dont bother ordering a cocktail from him because he doesnt know how to make one. I returned multiple drinks to him and he just blamed it on the corporate bar.

Place was fun. After I was done playing me and my girl went to the register to pay, the lady gave us the total and while I was doing the math, she said "no, Im telling you how much is it". I guess Im supposed to just hand my money right?I dont know her name, but she was a big white lady, I mean big, hands like an ape.

I like that they always have lanes open but we were set up in a lane that had cups and plates leftover from the previous party. Also the bartender can be a bit too much. Shes extremely talkative

Good food. The alley is well kept. Not all the modern TV monitors or screens of other alleys. Parking lot is tough, not enough parking. I parked outside. Otherwise a lot of fun.

I am not a bowler so I really cannot compared to many other places but this is certainly top-notch! I was very clean food is pretty good and the staff is super friendly!

Nice bowling place, kids-friendly, never crowded, helpful staff. Good for family outing, birthday parties, or just to spend a couple of hours playing with friends.

The lanes are well kept and the staff is super nice and helpful. The manager is amazing here and they have really updated it over the years.

I order food and found two cockroach this place should be out of business and manager did nothing. Staff is not nice. Will Never go here.
