This bowling alley is honestly terrible. Everything there is extremely overpriced and horrible. We bought 7 fries and are now contacting J.G. Wentworth so my family can take out a loan. The guy behind the register was a charming man who respected us...SIKE!! This guy must of had an uncomfortable thong on because he treated us as if we purposely tied his nut sack together. We ended up being on a waiting list at #3, but after 2 New Years we patiently waited for a lane to open up. We also attempted to play some arcade games but unfortunately in order to play you have to pay 17 different fees and then put money on a card, which we werent able to get because of the guy behind the register. So all in all, this bowling alley is atrocious and i recommend getting 10 cups and knocking them over with a rolled up sock for a better experience.

Not only is this place run by young kids they dont know what there doing. My husband and I joined a league which gave you a ball at the end we were incorrectly measured so we went to a professional place and the span of our hands since were close in size were that of a large man. We couldnt even use our balls and to get them fixed because they were so off and our hands were small it was going to be $55. I called because Ive had nothing but problems and the assistant manager is rude and some lady was pretending to be a manager and once I complained I got put on hold and sent to an actual manager. Is this how people really do customer service and run an operation terrible. Hate this location

Food is better since the renovation but price went up. They have game room which is great for the kids. The bar was renovated leaving the one side of the bar where you sit open, awkward however they have music and bands play in the dining area. The alleys were renovated for the worst. They were falling apart right when they did them and still continuously losing pieces of the wood and barrier dividers are falling off. Theyve jacked up prices which is fine if ylthey didnt go the cheapest rout on fixing the most important thing in the place...again the alleys.

I dont know what anyone here is talking about. Ive been going to spare time since I was a kid. My mother, father, brother, uncles, aunts, and I, as well as a lot of my parents friends all have been in leagues here, including adult, kids, and 8 for 8 (where you get a ball) leagues. The people there are nothing but nice and we know the lady "pretending to be the manager". Shes a nice person, unlike the one who wrote that review.

Weve had many birthday parties and several Girl Scout and Cub Scout parties here over the past few years. The staff always does a great job. One year, the battery on my car died as I was picking up the cake on our way to the party. Spare Time asked one of their staff members to come pick us up from the Price Chopper parking lot so my son wouldnt be late to his own party. Very professional. Great customer service.

Payed for 2 seporate lanes and didnt get to finish the entire game because they shut it down without notice. Couldnt get my money back and they were to busy trying to hurry and switch up whos turn it was to "hit the bowl" outside. Never going there again and certainly will never have that as another choice. Shoulda went mini golfing.

Went here for our daughters 12th birthday part and it was a success. I was skeptical about the on-site laser tag, but it reminded me of the place that used to be in Crossgates 15 years ago that I loved when I was a kid. Prices are very reasonable, and the place keeps kids entertained.

I had my daughters 13th birthday party there yesterday and it was wonderful. They played 3 games of laser tag, video games and ordered off the kids menu. The staff was great to work with and so accommodating. A++++!

Although Im terrible at bowling, its always a fun time trying. Youll love it. Its kid friendly with arcades and giant dinosaur bowling ramps for little ones while being adult friendly with a stocked bar! :)

Very bad customer service. We were given a bowling lane thats already taken by someone. We had to wait for more than half hour and ended up returning home. Nobody there gives a damn about how customers feel.

Great crowd. There were lanes available in 5 minutes and under. Everything was in great condition. The kids fell in love with the laser tag and arcade. Reasonable pricing for all.
