Went to this establishment last night and can honestly say experienced blaten racism! To be completely honest I dont even want to call it racism even though it was... People need to just realize right from wrong! Whats right is last night a female went up on stage and performed Kareoke with no issues everyone showed love and it was awesome right after her two other females went up to perform and off the bat were played the wrong **opposite** song they wanted to perform and the DJ acted shady... Then when played the right song their mics were toyed with( cut off, lowered) and the previous females friend/ Djs friends mic was being substituted! ... Its about what is right and what is wrong! People pay to come into this establishment for a fun unbiased Kareoke night and instead they are bamboozled and hit with hate and discrimination... I will NOT be back to this establishment Nor should anyone support this type of business. We should be moving forward as people not Behind!

Good venue for acts just starting out as well as return acts that have gotten bigger. They have 2 floors (1st floor is Waiting Room, 2nd floor is Studio at Waiting Room). Of the two, I prefer the 2nd floor. Prices are good for tickets, about average for drinks. Processing IDs at the doors for sold out shows could be better, especially during the winter months.

Nice venue but staff is horrible. The security aggressively groped us as well as followed us around the entire night. They even kicked two of my friends out for washing their hands under 21 even though their Xs were still clearly visible... Would not return ever.

First time to Buffalo as a Canadian. Went to a Wednesday night show and had no problems getting there or finding parking. Staff seemed decent, band sounded good, and the hall was pretty clean. Definitely would return for another show.

Well, its a business office facility turned into a music venue. Not very many good places to see the stage, acoustics are OK, but they get some good bands to play. Its OK.
