Small Improvements, the new cinemea chairs are wonderful. I strongly encourage you buy tickets to new movies in advance. Seating is now more limited and assigned, so larger groups are hard to accommodated on an immediate bases. I also encourage you to enjoy the seats while theyre new. Based on how aweful Allen theaters is at mainentance of their facilities they will be in less desirable condition soon. In general: I will never give Allen theaters above 3 stars unless they start investing in their properties and especially the restooms. There are always stalls out of order, the restrooms are never cleaned (just stocked), and they reek. Seriously almost every gas station bathroom in Las Cruces is in better shape. I witnessed an orange m&m remain in the same spot of the floor for over a week (3 visits). No one goes to a theater because of their customer service but it is frustrating to have multiple people never smile, no one initiates the transaction (starring is akward).

Not thrilled with the price, especially concessions. The manager once gave me a lot of attitude because their website showed the wrong time for a movie and it had started before we got there based on the time their site showed. I had already bought tickets, overpriced concessions and THEN found out the movie had been playing for 30 minutes. I expected a full refund for their mistake before we couldnt see a movie later that day. First they didnt want to refund my tickets, then they didnt want to take back the concessions. Why would I go to a theater to spend $20 on two drinks, popcorn and a candy without seeing the movie? If it had been my fault I would have eaten the cost. I eventually got a full refund, but I have far more respect for businesses that realized when they made a mistake and do what it takes to make the customer happy so theyll come back. I would love to see some competition for Allen Theaters and their statewide monopoly.

Everything was great, the movie was great, the seats are amazing..omg. The seats were seriously so nice... At the end before we left we went to get our one refill on popcorn and me and my husband stood in separate lines to see which went faster. The cashier for his line just walked away and left him and about 6 others standing there, and he never said anything.. And never came back, everyone had to find another line. So that was the only negative part about our visit.. They should work on their Customer communication skills.. But other then that it was a great Fathers Day night out with my honey and our daughter... We will be returning soon.

Dont get me wrong, its a decent theater. The seats are more comfy but you cant put away the annoying tray. There should be like a hideaway option because all I do is push it out and put my feet on it as instinct. Also, the whole reserved seating thing is the stupidest thing to come up with. I like to go into a theater and see where I want to sit, not blindly pick a seat. I get why its being done but its highly inconvenient and just a pain. Let me pick a seat visually, not blindly.

Awesome new renovations in some of the theaters. It is so nice to have the ability to chose your seat and not worry if your entire party will be able to sit together, you get to pick your seats and then they are assigned to you. Great piece of mind. Then the new reclining electric seats with plenty of leg room to be able to walk around while fully reclined, this was awesome. Most comfortable theater seats in town. The best theater experience in Las Cruces ever!!

I used to usually go to Cineport 10, but Telshor 12 has really stepped up their game. For the big premiers my girlfriend and I would usually book in advance at one of the Cinemark locations in El Paso. Now we can stay in town and the new seats are much better than anything at Cinemark, they even have the ability to lay back with large tray tables to hold your food and drinks.

Telshor 12 is a great theater, especially since theyve upgraded their seats! All reserved seating, all seats are nice soft spacious recliners with swing out food trays. Excellent experience all around. The only reason they didnt get the fifth star is the bathrooms were gross... Made me regret having to go... But all things considered, definitely a great theater

Awesome! Love the renovations!! The reclining seats are amazing!! And people arent crammed in like sardines. Very excited for the food and alcohol options coming soon! Id love to have some pizza and a beer at the next movie!! The carpets are very clean, no more sticky floors!!! I would definitely recommend you see your next movie here!!!

This theater is renovating and I saw kong in one of the new theaters. Atmos sound and leather chairs that recline on button press make this place worth the 7 or so I spent per ticket. There is so much room in each isle you can walk past all the seats even when theyre fully reclined. Best theater in town.

A very nice theater. Cost was 9 dollars for a ticket and 9.50 for a large drink and popcorn combo. The staff are polite and helpful. The seating was spacious and in good condition. I would watch more movies here.

They just remodeled! The seats are amazing place looks awesome, staff is friendly as always best place in the city to watch a movie, seats F7-F8-F9 best place to recline and have a natural viewing position

This is one of only two real movie theaters here in Cruces. It is the bigger of the two but slightly more outdated. It has decent prices and the movie selection is as you would expect. Would recommend.

I live close and theater has always been decent but I went 4/2/17 and now its SOOO much better!! They upgraded the seats to reclining leather with a tray and they are absolutely worth the experience.

They got new seats which are extremely comfortable. Usually kept pretty clean and the staff is very nice. They have the serve yourself butter/salt stations which is nice. Great deals on popcorn/soda

Nice little multi-theater which recently added power-reclining easy chairs to their Atmos theater (not sure about the other theaters). The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the price.

Fresh new seats but the old crummy screens are still in use making film clarity just awful. Screen 11 has ripples all through it as do most screens here. Finish the renovation please.

Would go somewhere else outside of Las Cruces whenever possible. Allen theaters has a monopoly on the city and it shows. Theaters are outdated and concessions are just OK.

Good theater, but the owner doesnt show some movies due to their religious beliefs. If they arent showing something, you have to go to El Paso.
