i giv the fbin 8 five star theyre always clean and peceful honestly the cleanist theater ive ever been to not like amc where flloors re sticky n messy.. nope paterson movie therater are always clean n peaceful and they do have AC .. so whoever said that liethat they dnt is BS. maybe u went on a bd day .. no biz is perfect nd things hppen but dt try n give fabian 8 a bad rep cuz ur movie rime wasnt as good as a normal day in the fabian. Also there is a huge art gallery next to the theature a cafe donwstairs and nd arcade in the center city mall .. we also hve many convient shopping places reesutrants n now i hop in the centr ciy mall. its the best thing theyve made in paterson and even better they made it right in the heart of downtown paterson which is known for its conveint shoppig u can literly find everything in downtown we even have a Dollar tree now which is also a nother great thing...i know may have prolong this review but im just saying that paterson can bre a great plce an has been improving over the years n opefully continue to improve ... lol even a banna king n 7 -eleven now in downtwn .... well anway and the fabin 8 is the most awesome place to enjoy a pececful time in the movie theater they even have day to watch kids movie for free.. check there website....i neever had n issue with fabin 8. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- sorry for the typos lol its the keyboard im using not that greAT

Though I live in the area, I hadnt been to this theater until recently. The Fabian 8 is located on the second level inside the Center City Mall on the corner of Ward & Main Street. I entered on the Ward Street side. There is a parking lot there, but since I walked Im not aware nor did I look into what parking might have been. In regards to the theater itself. Regular admission is as follows at this posting. Adults $10.75 Children 2-12 $8.00. Seniors 60+ $9.00. 3D adds $3.25 more per ticket. They offer discounted rates as well. Shows before 12pm are $6.00 for all seats. Shows before 4pm range $1-2 less off regular prices. Finally Bargain Tues $7.00 for all seats. In regards to the actual theater itself. I was impressed by the set up. Stadium seats. The chairs are both comfortable & spacious. Lots of leg room & elbow room. Im a tall person so that aspect was huge. The other impressive thing was the cleanliness. Probably one of the more well kept movie theaters Ive been in. Kudos to the staff.

Its not my first time there,but I went recently to see Mockingjay Part 2 and I had the worst movie experience ever.The theater was very HOT no AC at all was in there and the manager is going to say to me that "he cant please everyone." Plus when I reported that people are heckling and making noise they did nothing to resolve the situation.Trust me its a waste of your money, all the manager on duty is telling me is that he will give me a pass to come back.Why would I want to come back? Hell no, I wanted my money back and they refused so I will never ever go back. EVER!!!!!!

Its a good place but the way they sale popcorn is crazy you dont have a combo and you cant have refill on your soda only you have refill on the popcorn them you have to paid more. Money for a drink 4.75 almost 5 dollars and a drink is ridiculous. if you ask for something to share your popcorn with you kids small cap very ridiculous. they insulting on your face with this little cap please they dont have idea how get the business on good direction. At this way they going to closing soon.

The sound system in this theater is awesome. I really like the way they set up this theater very cute nice high def screen. My only two complaints why did they not put in reclining chairs seats are not that comfortable. People that go there customers have no respect for others been there a couple of times and the people are just talking like they own the place during the movie

My family and I always come to this movie theater. Our experience is always great. Would I would like to know is why is this horrible picture up of the theater. The fabian 8 is located in the mall. Why is a picture of a abandoned like building put up. If i was a tourist it would frighten me to visit a theater with a picture put up like that. Please change the picture.

Just saw Hunger Games here-very very enjoyable experience-great seats, clean theater, prices are also reasonable. went with my kids and felt very comfortable, and we are "not" from the area, but will definitely return-did Batting cages first, got a massage in a cool chair for a buck, and indoor parking was free. I hope this Mall thrives-it deserves to....

Reclining, comfortable seats arranged in stadium format. Theaters ARE NEVER FULL!! Your choice of seat is never a problem. There is free, indoor parking with plenty of visible security. Popcorn portions are HUGE. The deals on popcorn & drinks cannot e beat. The young staff is always accommodating and helpful. Do not pass this place up!

This is a great movie theater. I took my grandmother here for a matinee and it was very clean and the staff were friendly as well.. The prices are really not bad at all, they were what youd expect at any other known movie theater today. Id definitely recommend coming here, and I hope this place thrives with success! Its on its way..

Beautiful new theater with convenient location, plush large seats you can fall asleep in, friendly and courteous staff and affordable prices! I love its so close to home and a theater I can be proud of in my home town. There is also free parking with places to eat close by.

great location and free parking and its safe they have securtiy on the ground and inside the mall and you can shop or dine out in the mall area before the movie starts the people are great there will go again and its clean and the seats are comfy

One of the cleanest and least crowded movie theaters Ive ever been in. Your feet dont stick to the floor. Very often you will have nearly the entire theater to yourself. Clean bathrooms. They validate parking. Snackbar prices are what you expect.

Workers are very rude and Security guards/mall cops need to be fired specially they fat one with two different color face tone what they only get payed $2 an hour its not like the mall get any money nobody shop there and the Fabian got bedbugs
