I am shocked at the reviews below and truly wish that those had been my experience on my wedding day. If you have already locked into using these people, the only thing I can say is get every little, tiny, small detail in writing and have them sign it!!!! - even if you think its brainless and a monkey couldnt mess it up- get it in writing and make them sign!! Because at the end of the day, when SOOO many things went wrong, some contract was thrown in our face and it didnt make any sense but it was our wedding day soo... why should we even have to worry that our wishes and specifications would be completely wrong? Upon arrival they were to usher our guests to the back for an outdoor cocktail hour, only letting them inside to use the bathroom. I had done everything myself, and said that my photographer needed to get in there to shoot everything while it was still untouched. You can imagine how upset I was when I arrived and everyone was inside and my photographer said, Im so sorry, I got as much as I could but that wasnt much - everyone had already messed up the tables, the favors, etc. When I asked the bridal assistant (aka total joke) why they were let in, she said it was hot outside... well I was in a wedding dress taking pictures outside for hours and I was perfectly comfortable. My husband looked and her and said - its not their wedding... duh. The kicker was that we paid the extra money for there to be a drink counter set up outside for our guests and nobody used it because well, they were inside. When we asked if wed still have to pay even though they let everyone inside and nobody used him, they said yes. When we arrived there was supposed to be appetizers waiting in the cottage and of course, there werent. When they brought them down, I asked if this was all, because there were things missing. Of course she said, yes. The same thing happened at the buffet. We had requested very specific things to be a part of the buffet and they just werent there. We had agreed (through multiple emails AND conversations AND meetings) that it would be best for wine and beer to be served for the first 2 hours of the night, and after that, if anyone wanted anything they could go to the cash bar. When we arrived during cocktail we found out that everyone was paying for everything. It wouldnt have been that bad, accept we had informed our guests of this accommodation so that they knew they could at least have a few free beers before theyd have to go to the bar and get them. We were SO embarrassed because obviously it makes us look like we are cheap and couldnt afford for everyone to drink for free for two hours. Humiliating. For the cake cutting, which was basically unannounced so nobody really even knew that we were doing it, they had us with our BACKS facing our guests. Literally we were facing a wall and an entrance! I have pictures, you can contact me if you dont believe me. So not only did nobody know because they rushed us through the whole thing, but then we werent even looking at our guests. The worst part was that my mom, who cant walk, was stuck at her table. She couldnt be moved over to where we were. We had, of course, requested to cut the cake on the dance floor so she could see from where she was, but of course that night, it wasnt in the contract. I went in the bathroom and cried for the 5th time that day. They seemed to be extremely unorganized and nobody seemed to be communicating with each other. At random times people from the team would come and ask us questions and then someone else would come along and ask the same thing, Needless to say we had a HORRIBLE experience and would never, ever work with them again for anything. I would like to say the food was good, but I was so upset when there were so many items missing that I couldnt really enjoy it.

I had my wedding at Bello Giorno last fall and my words will not be able to express how wonderful our experience was! Monica and the staff at Bello Giorno not only exceeded my expectations, they made my day more then I ever dreamed of! My husband and I were looking for somewhere that we could have both our ceremony and reception. When we went to meet with Monica to see Bello Giorno, we both new this was the place we were searching for. The outdoor gazebo is along the Pequest River. It is such a beautiful spot for a wedding ceremony and pictures! They offer a bridal cottage where my bridesmaids and myself got ready and we also enjoyed part of our cocktail hour here! Our guests enjoyed passed hor devours alongside the river, which were outstanding by the way! Some of my family have special dietary needs. We had one guest that requires a Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free, Soy-Free diet and not only were they able to enjoy appetizers, an entree, and DESSERT, they said that it was the best they have been able to enjoy out! Our meal was amazing! We chose the buffet option but they still catered to my husband and I with sit-down service! They made us feel like royalty! Bello Giorno took care of everything for us! My bridal assistant, Tania, was wonderful! She truly cared to make my day special and took care of everything (even re-pinning my bustle after an unfortunate mishap!!) We didnt have to ask for a thing! They were on top of all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on one page and that things ran smoothly! I didnt have to worry about anything and this was the best feeling in the world! We were able to enjoy our wedding day! The staff was always smiling and eager to please you! We received so many compliments from family & friends and were so happy with our whole experience! I would recommend Bello Giorno to ANYONE!! My husband and I cant wait to go back!! (and will be soon...his cousin booked a wedding for this September!)

We had our wedding at Bello Giorno in November 2016. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with them. The first time we met Monica and Stephanie they told us that they treated their customers like family. That is truly how we felt throughout the whole process. As I and my family have lots of food needs (vegan, gf) it was important to us that we be able to accommodate with delicious food that was appropriate for all our guests. It was also important to me to have gf wedding cake so I could eat it too! Monica and her staff were so accommodating! We opted for the cocktail reception. Our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! My sister and her vegan family were blown away that they had a delicious meal as well and felt that they were accommodated with exceptional service and consideration. The venue itself is beautiful as well! It is a quiet location right on the river and we loved how it brought the outdoors in with large windows and a beautiful terrace. We even had an outdoor fire pit which added to the fall spirit. The best part of all of this? Bello Giorno worked with our small budget. We got our dream wedding without breaking the bank. We are so grateful for their kindness, their delicious and vegan/gf friendly food, their wonderful service and their beautiful venue. Thank you Bello Giorno for helping to make our wedding dreams come true!
