Horrible club and management... no sympathy what so ever. Came all the way down from nyc... just to get turned down for an expired ID... I have debit and credit cards with my name.. the ID is 100% legit photo drivers liscense... just expired. I spoke to the head manager about a refund because Im literally here at your door and I cant get in because of a expiration date which is just crazy... tell me wtf does that have to do with identifying the person who is on the card, bieng the person holding the card.. absolutely nothing. Therefore... I deserve a refund. When I asked the "head manager" about refunds... he started stuttering, and he was completely lost on that part.. I can tell, because he wasnt a good actor.... so it shows me he literally didint even know how to go about handling me asking for my money back. The clubs ran by a bunch of clowns. I advise everyone if you go there to have everything up to date.. and bring extra cash if your on a guestlist. because apparently they play games with that.. (as in you wont get the discount your expecting) I HOPE "WAV" TAKES ALL YOUR BUSINESS DOWN THERE. YOUR CLUB AND STAFF SUCKS. Come by nyc and see how clubs really handle these situations... and youll find how things actually work.. Haven is in its own world. Dont trust them.

Looking for a very fancy Vegas like club in Atlantic city then Haven can may qualify.Came here on a Wednesday night and the line was very long. Even though we were on the guest list they made me pay 20 bucks at door, whats the point of guest list then? The club is very well designed, it gives enough for people to move around. The crowd was a good mix and people from all sorts of life.After a long time I found a club where bouncers and staff was super nice. Now coming to why this place gets only 3 stars is because of the music. Dont know what went into the head of resident Dj he seemed to be playing all weird music. Like out of 10 tracks only 2 were good. FYI - Dont stand at the rear end of the dance floor in the middle otherwise you will literally get blasted by dance floor smoke machine in your face. :)

Describe your experience? ...... Wish I had one. So, I signed up for the guest list and recieved this exact e-mail, "Thank you for your guest list request for Haven Nightclub. You and your party have been added to the guest list for Saturday, July 18th, 2015. Please arrive before 11pm to receive complimentary admission for ladies and $30 reduced admission for guys. After 11pm the admission will be $30 for ladies and $35 for guys. Doors will open at 10pm. Thank you!" When my group and I got to the club, we were asked to pay $50/person and that the guest list ends at 11pm. Told me the email was "an old email" and that prices went up. Had to change my plans last minute. Thanks Haven! Advice to people wanted to get on a guest list, dont even bother unless you plan on getting there before 11pm.

Yo fun place but you can only see smoke and confetti get blown out of the same things twice before it all starts to sound/look the same. the bouncers go in the bathroom and look into the stalls while people are in there to see if people are throwing up, which Im pretty sure is illegal to look in there. Overpriced crap drinks, broken glass, "VIP" sections. Went to rehab, would have been fun if the guy didnt just press play. Its a super clicky nightclub. No need to go after one time.

Rude employees they dont know how to check peoples ID. I am from Connecticut state and they said my ID is fake. They took a long time to check how Connecticut State photo IDs look like. And what was funny that they tried to investigate how I got my ID. They really need to be educated. However, they realized that they were so stupid and they let me in. It was a horrible experience.

Will never return. Been here twice and was the same each time. Music is garbage and they try to make up for it by blowing a smoke gun in your face every 5 minutes I guess if your like 12 years old you might find that amusing. Bartenders are rude. Patrons are your typical obnoxious jersey club goers. The place is trashy even for Atlantic City

This isnt the first time I had a problem at the golden nugget. I went to club haven on Saturday night, they closed the club an hour earlier than they were supposed to. They wouldnt even let me use the bathroom when they were closing. I paid 25 dollars to be at the club for only 2 hours. This club has horrible customer service.

Music is good but I was there with a bunch of friends and we drink Ciroc vodka and we all threw up the next morning so somethings wrong with a vodka there

The service was awful and the manager was a racist and not accommodating what so ever. I will never visit this bar and casino again.
