este lugar está bien para darles3 estrellas mi gente solamente les digo tengan cuidado!!! lastimosamente en este lugar al parecer no entrenan bien a la seguridad cómo tratar a la comunidad latina de quién debería de dar gracias porque gracias a todos nosotros es que ese lugar sigue adelante... el 27 de diciembre estuve en este lugar medio tanta pena tenían como 8 persona que al parecer no tra i yan identificación pero 3 de estas personas tenían entre las edades de 30 a 40 años luego atrás de mí venía una persona que tampoco traía identificación el de seguridad le dijo que si no traía identificación que se regresará a su casa !!! o que se unirá al grupo por cuánto tiempo estuvieron afuera esperando si lo dejaban entrar o no! no lo sé pero eso me dio tanta pena porque en otras discotecas lo que hacen es poner una x en la muñeca dela mano.. luego el de seguridad le dijo a uno de ellos no papeles como quien dice eres indocumentado no traes una identificación muévete a la línea medio tanta pena que dijera eso el negro que estaba de seguridad porque eso fue cómo llamarle indocumentado... me da vergüenza por la gerencia el dueño de este lugar deberían de entrenar ala seguridad mejor para que traten a las personas con dignidad .... bueno a estas personas que tienen sus negocios a muchos no les importa cómo traten a sus clientes lo que les importa es que les llenen los bolsillos de dinero como siempre qué lástima pero es la realidad mijente tengan cuidado porque eso que pongan a parte a esas personas ponen en evidencia a muchas personas que lastimosamente no tiene sus documentos en regla cuidado mi gente

I bought 7 tickets before the event. On the day of the event, my guests all traveled in different cars. I drove all the way down from Pennsylvania/ Maryland border so I got there really early and waited for everyone to arrive. My last two guests came later than expected. At the door, I realized I was missing one ticket and I should have purchased 8 rather than 7. I decided the best thing to do was pay for my ticket rather than use the tickets I had already purchased, so that when my guests got there, it would be easier for them to enter. When I tried to purchase my ticket the guy who was running the front door let my five guests in and I explained two tickets were for my guests whom were on their way and running late, so that I would like to purchase a ticket for myself since I was missing one ticket. He told me, no that I would have to wait, that at the moment only people with tickets already in hand could enter and stepped me to the side. When people started to buy tickets at the door I politely asked him again if I could now purchase a ticket. He told me very unprofessionally and in a harsh tone that I could not and that he would not sell me anymore tickets until my two guests arrived. At that time, I questioned his decision, since my two tickets I was holding were paid for days in advance and on the website it clearly states no refunds, so whether or not my guests ever made it on time, the establishment was not losing money. He started yelling at me and telling me he would make it very simple, that he would not sell me any more tickets, and he started pulling the tickets out of my hand and told me go in or go home. He made a scene, people in line starred and you could tell that they disapproved that he would talk to a person that way, a lady at that.I then entered the palace and asked for a manager at the bar, the man whom I asked, smirked and said there was no manager and that was that. This place is so unprofessional, it is not the first time Ive noticed them act cruelly towards customers, I just never thought it would be me since Im a easy going person and stay out of trouble. They need better management and I get the feeling they treat Mexicans on their Sunday events very poorly.

My friends and I went there last night 5/20/17 and the place was packed, the music was great and the drinks were a bit pricey (only downfall) I like that people of all ages were there and dancing. It was a great evening out and not a great distance away. Can not wait to go again.

Horrible. Concert started 1hour and 40 minutes late. The management did not apologize but threatened me to kick me out. There was water falling on stage from the ceiling. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Sound mix was poor.

Good place to go dancing if you like salsa usually Fridays but called and make sure as the music and crowd changes radically depending on the day. They had some great concerts there as well.
