Bey Lounge is located in an a group of closed businesses at night, so there is nothing else around to complain about the noise. They have live DJs and Thursday night is salsa dancing night. The bachata lessons and salsa lessons are legit there, and I am an experienced dancer. The instructor does a great job doing things that still teach those who have been dancing for a while, and also help beginners to feel comfortable and learn. Decent amount of dance space as well. Best of all there is no cover and its free! Happy Hour before 11 so make sure you get drinks before that. After 11 drinks go up in price quite a bit which is the only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5. Im talking about prices as if we were in DC... like $8-10 per drink. Like I said though, great place... check out their happy hour and dancing and then limit yourself after 11 if you dont want to spend a fortune. You will have a great time.

Went out trying to see a new lougne. I was greeted to "vallet" parking, which assinuates I paying for you to park my car I thought....but no biggy. Happy to pay for convenient parking. Go in to be told its a $35 per head tab. Again, no issue.....I have no issue with a minimum. After ordering food and drinks Im told we have to leave our seats bc we were seated in a reserved spot. There was no word of a specific event that night on their website. I felt unwelcomed and less than. Wont be coming back. If theres something specific going on it would behoove to post it on your website. We live in a very mix culture were people are interested and want to explore. Please make it more welcoming and easier to navigate for us. Thanks!

The place looks like its located in an alley, at least at night. Kinda sketchy location, which is cool if its a hole in the wall type of place. But with all that said, and they require a $45 minimum or you have to leave/stand otherwise, you can bet I wont be coming back here. They say its due to the live entertainment - the belly dancer was alright, kinda cool Ill admit but the people singing werent particularly talented. I dont think this type of venue warrants any minimum, regardless of their entertainment lineup. I cant imagine what the place looks like with the lights on or during the day. Not worth the charge though.

I dont know where these other reviewers were but this place was dead. We were literally the only people there and the service was still really really slow. The food was terrible, I might get sick terrible. I had a groupon and they rated themselves when they had my phone to use the groupon and they added gratuity on a 2 person check the sleaze factor is strong in this place without the shady location. Just dont seriously dont. Never again.

Came here with a couple of friends. Two of us paid with cash, and one of us paid with a credit card. The waitress overcharged the credit card by $100. The atmosphere was dark and it went unnoticed until a few days later. I spoke to the manager and he was absolutely no help. We were unable to get the money back. I would not recommend this location to a friend.

The food was alright (we were there for the Ramadan buffet) and the seating was comfortable enough. They did have this weird thing with the lighting happening where these big spotlights would just randomly change colors - it was very unnerving.

Dont come to this place!!! They rip you off big time !! Management sucks music sucks. Place is bad!! Where Is loctaed is horrible. Stay away from this place and dont waste your time go some where else !!!

Love this place. Excellent hookah and atmosphere. Happy hour specials are awesome. I went there on a Friday night and they had a Lebanese singer and the vibe was so much fun. Highly recommend this lounge

Great place the owner is a good guy but make sure if ur not from Lebanon dont go there because I just sow them beaten up a young guy. If u got beaten up over there dont talk to the owner, hes races.

Bey lounge is absolutely amazing! I went there for the first when they opened and I havent missed a weekend! Amazing atmosphere, staff, hookah and service. Love it!

The best lounge in DC: Great food, original Lebanese menu, and fresh pita bread. Friendly staff, always smiling. Fast service. Very nice environment. Way to go......

Ive been here for years. Know some of the people that work here. Very good spot. Great food and hookah/shisha. They also have a wonderful bar.
