Great fun and a great price...but... FFS please regulate the toddler area better. An employee was sitting and he was reading a newspaper while multiple (6+) big kids ranging around age 7 to 12 were climbing on top of the kids play place, taking the toddler motorcycles and rocking horses and taking them to the top of the slides and riding them down (I admit it looked fun but not when my toddler is waiting her turn and they almost rammed her numerous times), and playing tackle football in the toddler area and jungle gym. The girl employee was the only one actively trying and picking up and has always been cheerful, we like her. Still alot of fun. My recommendation? Ask up front how many kids are there and only come in with your toddler if its under 8.

Took my daughter there for her birthday. While I must say the kids all had a great time, the place needs some work. Having a bunch of broken cappuccino makers in our party area looked really tacky. When you spend a $100 per hour youd think it could be a bit cleaner. There are also a lot of hazards in the place where children can easily get hurt. Idk if id ever book a party area again. But would go back for open jump for the 5$... Hopefully they also fix the bounce houses that have a lot of leaks in some of them. I do hope the owner of this place actually looks at peoples comments and takes em seriosly. A few cheap upgrades would easily make clients want to come back again. Why keep a place open if people leave dissatisfied with most things?

Do not make plans to take your children to Jump Man Jump for Open Jump on Friday nights even though their website says they have it every Friday from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Twice now we have tried to take our grandsons and they have been closed. A few Fridays ago on 2/19/2016 it was because they had booked too many parties. They dont change their phone message or their website to let you know but instead you just show up and see the sign on the locked door while your kids are crying over not being able to play. I guarantee we will not try again.

Weve done 3 birthday parties here before but things have changed. they mixed-up the events so through out our stay we had to stop our event since people where walking through it.the staff was very pushy a young man working there took it upon himself to let everybody know, if we are not out by 6pm there will be a $50 dollar charge.it was 5:10pm we have done 3 birthday parties here in the past but definitely wont be back for another one. Theres better places to reserve with more coordinated and friendly staff Im sure.

Inexpensive and fun. If you have a small child youll need to stay with them all the time, but 4 years and above can easily and safely run amok. They have a ton of different types of bounce houses that they swap out from time to time. They also have a specific area for toddlers 3 and under so you dont have to worry about rambunctious kids running your toddler over. Overall I find the staff friendly and the prices for open jump more than reasonable. I recommend them to anyone that has children 12 and under.

I attended my grandsons second birthday here. It was an evening party. The place was hot as an oven, despite there being large cooling units available. The staff were two very bored teenagers who didnt attempt to be helpful or interact in any way with the guests. There was NO WARNING that the time was up to jump resulting in two very distraught, crying, upset toddlers and children. I would not recommend this place and will not go there again.

We were attending a party and well first of all there was only 1 lady working and she was trying to run multiple partys and I felt really bad. Are party room was 88 dagrees when we first arrived but we dropped it only to 85 dagrees by the time we left with 2 fans. But the poor lady was being super helpful and was super sweet and she couldnt do ANYTHING about the hot room.

Dangerous. Although the owner has guests sign a waiver, that does not protect them from gross negligence. I see a lawsuit in their future. The staff was worried about the adult with a drink, but said nothing to the 10-12 year olds doing front somersaults and spiral tumbles down the same equipment much smaller children were crawling improperly up the face.

A fun easy way to spend time with your family. Very affordable, and pretty clean considering all the kids that are in this place. My son was almost 3 when we took him here. It was easy to let them run and jump while having a good eye on them. Lots of variations and skill sets.
