I have never had to wait 20 minutes to bowl all because they were on their phones and joking around! These last two months have been awful, and I can honestly say I will never be back! The kids dont have respect for eachother and the guys that work Fridays and Saturdays dont seem to know what they are doing! I dont like walking in there during the week and have this little blonde girl tell me they are close. I strongly dislike her attitude! Who is even the manager of the place anyways? He should get rid of these people, and keep the ones that actually cared about us! I miss the one person that would always joke with us when we came in and made sure that we were taking care of. I want her back even though I never caught her name! Until she comes back I will be taking my service somewhere else, and let my friends know how crappy this place has became! Wildfire Sunset if my all time favorite. The manager Michael is very kind and seems to care more about his casino and employees than the other one. Not happy at all! I highly recommend people should go to a different place to bowl or youll be just as upset with the service if not more!

The first time I went there was no one in the entire place and I left after not being able to locate any employees. The second time I went there was no one in the entire place and I flagged down a security officer in the casino next door and he found someone to tell me that the lanes were closed due to league blowing? I Wont be wasting time going there again as I usually go to bowling alleys to actually bowl, too bad it looks like a nice place, just not for bowling.

A smoke free Bowling alley great for a family atmosphere is quaint, clean, and friendly -and separated from the casino. However, the "casino" (a typical side strip Vegas video haven filled of gambling addicts) was almost nearly unbearable to stand in from the clouds of cigarette smoke lingering in the air. Breathe at your own risk.

It is a nice little "boutique" kind of alley. I think 20 lanes at most, with a tiny little airport bar. If you are thirsty, you better come and get it cuz aint no one bringing it to you. Beers are like $4 and they will "bump" you with a shot for $2. The place is new and modern and in a good part of town so I hope you have fun.

Casino bar staff great cheap cold beer restaurant food ok strange ordering system you order at desk before you sit down saving on staff I guess would rather have menu at table and should have daily specials all wildfire casino restaurant s the same wierd system better before the " upgrade"

This is my very favorite casino to visit. The staff remembers your name and your usual orders...its great. Girls are the best here compared the other Wildfire down the street. Usually they bring you a new beer or whatever you are having before you finish the one you have with perfect timing.

This place used to be booming , do yourself a favor and skip this location for any reason or event you are better off going to sunset station of sams town. The food in the cafe is rancid and the customer service isnt any better.

It was clean and very affordable. I especially liked that they had a system set up where if you download a certain app, you could contribute to the music playlist. It was a lot of fun. Very family friendly.

Small bowling alley with a weird scoring system, but friendly staff and ok food. Be careful at 8pm, though. The turn of the lights for cosmic bowling without any warning... Bit of a surprise mid-stride.
