The employees were incredibly rude. We have two lanes. The people entering names at each lane did not communicate. Two people were entered on both lanes, which gave us 9 bowlers instead of 7. We had two toddlers with us. We asked the front desk if we had to delete the names or if we could just let the toddlers go. The guy said it was not necessary to delete the names. Any fool could see that there were adults bowling on one lane and little kids on the other (ages 3 and 5). They cut our game off early. I explained to the very rude manager that had a chip on his shoulder. He said too bad. I have a family of five. I would have come out regularly. Now, I will happily spend money at an establishment other than Red Rock bowling. It is run by teenagers with attitudes and a very rude manager.

Horrible! When we asked about the price the cashier told us how much and said it was basic math. Then we went to buy a drink during happy hour our drinks did not taste like it had any alcohol in it so we asked the bartender and she said because it was a well drink and if we wanted to taste the alcohol then you have to pay more. Which would make sense if I wanted a strong drink but I could only taste juice. Usually well drinks arent as smooth as a higher grade drink which is why people pay more. I also bought a drink before happy hour still a well drink but a different bartender and it did not tast like just juice. The bartenders in general werent friendly and neither was the cashier! Worst customer service ever!!

terrible service, workers are rude, bowling lane is boring and plain, when we first sat down the table was dirty and the controller was difficult to use/ didnt work when you pressed it. bowling shoes were uncomfortable and the status screen was bare minimum and lacked creativity. not to mention the ridiculous prices for large groups as you pay for each person for one game plus shoe rentals ( which are not included ). all in all, terrible experience and would recommend to steer clear and opt for a movie or look for a different bowling alley nearby. Giving two stars because if you just came back from a movie and keep your ticket stubs, you can get a free game for each stub.

Everything was going great until the computer on our lane stopped in the middle of our game (time limit apparently). Went to the counter to have it fixed and because not all of the people in our party had their receipts we were not allowed to finish our game. Damien the manager was rude and wanted to fight over a measly $5 instead of just letting us finish our game (we were already in the 7th frame!) If your policy is to keep rexeipts maybe you should have that posted and tell customers when they pay since many of us are visitos from oyt of town. We will not be coming back to this place next time we visit Las Vegas.

Ok so, lets go with 3 stars here..... I woulda gone with 4 had the 2 meathead bartenders at the bar here been a little friendlier and didnt mock my 3 dollar tip I left them for a pitcher... BUDDY, i got one pitcher from you... im not greasing you huge for this... no to mentioned your attitude towards everyone stunk up the place... guess thats the reason your way out there off the strip! bowling lanes = superb, classy, wonderful... i thoroughly enjoyed... overall a super fun atmosphere. I would definitely go here again, maybe next time ill bring my own flask! haha

Really enjoyed my trip here. Came to bowl a few games with my uncle who is in town. Was my 1st trip to the bowling section of RR even though I live near it, and frequent the casino often for entertainment, and for dinner. Very spacious venue. All the employees I came into contact with from check in to the bar area, and the snack bar were friendly. Has a couple pool tables, shuffle board, and darts in the lounge area also. Will definetly visit again.

My family drove over 30 minutes to bowl here. When we arrived, we were told that the 60 lanes were not available due to league bowling. Yet only two leagues were bowling that night, and there was NO notice whatsoever on the website or in the casino that league bowling was happening that night. We were told to check back in two hours. Terrible customer service. This casino/bowling alley can suck it!

The customer service here is horrible. The attendants at the front desk were soooo rude and talked down to my party and I and when I told the supervisor about it he looked at me dead in my eyes and said "what do you want me to do about it ". The worst service by far. Wont be coming back and definitely will encourage my friends not to come here.

Player Haters get away or my lead will spray!! Cmon with these negative reviews, Red Rock Lanes is Off the charts awesome. Yea not everyone of the employees at a bowling alley may not always be super friendly but who freakin cares! Youre there to bowl and have a good time, stop being so uptight w the reviews people !! Dang.

What a great place to go bowling with a large group. If you need a break from the casino and want to do something else, come here and bowl! There is great food and drinks, the lanes are clean and nice and there are tons of lanes so the lines are not usually long to get one.

Big bowling alley, clean, and cosmic bowling is great. There are pool tables at the bar and the snack bar has good food. Wish the snack bar would stay open later though. We got to bowling alley at 9pm and they were shutting down as traffic was picking up.

The Lanes are a little more then most lanes. Lanes are still decent. The people they have working there are a little rude. From the guys who you buy games from, cafe to the bar. Suncoast is a little bit more friendly and prices are a little more decent.

Very rude night manager, talks back to you and it just belligerent and uncaring. Has a major attitude problem and is not helpful at all. We bowl in a couple of different leagues there and he is the only person that we ever have a problem with.

A great bowling alley located in the Red Rock Casino. It is one of the largest bowling alleys I have seen with 50 bowling lanes. It is very clean and well maintained. There is an Arcade, Pro Shop, Lockers and a bar staffed with two bartenders.

Had a great time .. nice alley and lanes.. great strong inexpensive drinks.. just strange 8 and 9 year old girls were with 3 men who were drinking pitchers at midnight beside of us... weird .. but had fun..great place to take family and friends

I have never had an issue with this bowling alley. They have always been kind to me, my family, and my friends! The staff is always accommodating. And the bar is awesome! When you are kind to others, they will be kind to you for the most part!
