We were there for Saturday cosmic bowling. My complaint is with the lounge. I was standing in the order ares and the bartender walked past 6+times waiting 15min or longer each time I got a new drink, a total of 4times before a hello or Ill be right there was said. I ordered an long island iced tea.strong drink it has 5 different liquors. It was very weak. It wasnt worth $6.50. Had three of them and no buzz, . the other person ordered 3 shots of vodka and they seamed like they were watered down... I will never go to Nampa bowl lounge again...

Horrible customer service. Went in and nobody came to the front for at least 10 minutes. The front lady was very rude. Approaching us and raising her voice across the bowling alley was completely unnecessary. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE. Fix your employees attitudes and have better customer service. Also having the front lady on her phone 24/7 and ignoring customers wants isnt something i would want for my business. Like I said fix your employees attitudes!!

It wasnt super crowded when we went there and the food was ok I guess (we just got the fries). The only thing that actually sucked was how HOT it was. The air on the bowling ball return wasnt working so my hands were super sweaty and it made it hard to focus. It was hotter inside than it was outside, and it was 98 degrees outside. It felt like a cool breeze compared to inside. Overall, it was a good way to pass the time and the facility looked clean.

she had the worst customer service weve ever had! on a not-to-busy Wednesday afternoon, she was very put out by our order of two fries and two sodas, and scoffed at my husband when he wanted to add a beer to our order. then she gave our fries to the wrong lane! the rest of the alley was alright, pretty clean, the service all around was very slow, but hey, woulda ya get, i guess?

Older bowling alley with about 24 lanes. Leagues are plenty, but they have had issues with their equipment this year. They are working diligently to fix the problems, but people will have to be patient. Good bar and great bowling alley food. Very nice, accommodating staff and the owner genuinely cares about your experience.

Great customer service. They are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever help is needed. Very inexpensive with tons of great deals for families. I got my new ball drilled there and it was done within 15 minutes! Great work. Snackbar has delicious fries and other yummy treats that are very reasonable. Love this place!

Weve always had great service there. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Their fries are popular with our family. Their dollar days are the best! Cant beat that. Its a small local bowling joint so I dont expect golden columns but its a great family place to go. It doesnt wreak of smoke. Thats always a plus.

I have been going to this bowling alley since I was 10. They are very helpful when renting shoes and will tell you what sizes they have available. Their bowling balls are always clean and shiny, same with their lanes. They try to keep up with the tables and restrooms but are sometimes understaffed during the school year.

Great place for familys or for non kid get together. They were running a special that paid for the lane and 2 games and shoes and a drink that was very cheap. For adults there is a full bar with karaoke and outside access in case you dont want to bowl. .

Its close to home but the service is non existing. Had to wait ten minutes just to talk to an employee. Then when we ordered some food it took over an hour to get it. It was not busy a t the time.
