This place could be fun, but its worse than TERRIBLE! The first time I came years ago was fun, cuz I was focused on racing with friends. But just like other reviewers write on Google, the employees just dont care whether u come in or not, whether they help you or not, whether u wait in line forever or not. The guy sitting at the desk didnt even acknowledge that I was standing in front of him waiting for help. Didnt explain ANYTHING. I kept having to ask him to speak up and he didnt. He only asked one word questions, like "name?". "Birthday?" Etc. Never said a full sentence to me. After figuring out what he was tryin to say, made me go signup myself and my kids on a computer then come back and wait again, while he In SUPER SLOW MOTION helped two people get their toys. I mean he had to put effort into how slow he was moving. Meanwhile I waited with atleast 15people (other customers) forever to just pay and go in. Its empty on a Saturday at 4pm and everyone in line was complaint about the crappy service. I had 3 kids, only 2 of the 3 kiddie carts worked. So they had to ride seperatly, and they refused to let the bigger kid ride the bigger cart, when he missed out riding with his friends, and made me pay the $15 upcharge for one ride...and they tried to make me wait in that slow line again! Til i told him to use the walkie talkie he has, he was just being lazy. !!! HORRIBLE! This explains why its empty on a Saturday. SPEND THE TIME TO DRIVE ELSEWHERE!! DONT COME HERE!

I came here with a group of guys from a local car club and we had a BLAST racing around the track. The electric carts can really move and they say they top out at 45mph. The track is setup to where you actually need to think and plan for each turn if you are trying to be competitive and concerned about your lap time. I have been to several other go-kart tracks where you can drive around flat out or maybe lift off the gas once or twice for big turns, but here you need to modulate the throttle and brakes. With that said you dont NEED to be a competitive driver to still ahve fun, there were several other groups of racers that ranged from young children to elderly and they all appeared to be having a great time.

This experience was a disaster..my 7 year old got hurt on the kiddy car because a new employee had no clue what she was doing and explained nothing to my child. The mgr. Was the one that sent her to get my child started. She Was on her phone the whole time my child was riding. Did not buckle my child in properly and resulting in my baby getting injured on impact while trying to park. No one. Including the mgr, asked if my child was alright or anything. I do not recommend visiting this establishment with your young ones. My baby got the wind knocked out of her and pain in her chest. With redness as well. Never again will we go here

Worst place for kids ever! You must "pre register" EVERYONE, including kids that dont race, if they want to use the bounce area, which consists of only 2 slides. They didnt make it clear the first time, and I stood in line 3 times because they had me keep going out of line and doing something else on the pre registration computers. It took over 30 minutes for a nacho (cheese and chips only) which still was never done before I was in line the last time and got a refund. Service is VERY VERY slow! Not for kids; the only people I see this place is good for is adults

I had planned a surprise birthday for my boyfriend over a month in advance. Called to double check hours and availability and everything. However, when we showed up tonight it turns out they had rented out the entire place to a private venue. Not only was it a let down because of how rudely we were turned away, but we had also all driven over an hour an a half to be here. Never will I return here or would I ever recommend anyone making any sort of plan around this place since they are obviously unreliable.

I would give it negative stars if I could. Went in and stood around with my son. Got NO help!!!!! No one came up to introduce the services or anything. All kinds of employees doing NOTHING while we waited. Still nothing. Been here almost 20 minutes writing this at a table and still no help. I would say they are rude, but no one said a word. Im leaving here now after 22 minutes of nothing. GOOD BYE AND NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GROUPON NOT GOOD ON SATURDAY!! However, the groupon is a great deal (the three star rating is not because of the groupon, I should have read the fine print) The staff at the counter is "low energy" they dont even attempt to excite you about racing actually the opposite, almost didnt feel welcome here. The guy who give the drivers instructions is awesome, he needs to show the rest of the staff how to enjoy this place.

Im an EMT in KC & put my life on the line every day just like Police Officers & Firefighters. EMTs/Paramedics dont get discounts But Police & Firefighters do. UPDATE:Aug/2016 - Owner called me & apologised & gave me a discount. Owner said he fired the employee who treated me like crap. NEWEST UPDATE: Sept/2016 - Went back to Go Cart this weekend. Owner Never fired the employee. That employee still works there.

The electric go carts are really nice, they are quiet, smooth and dont put off any exhaust in the building. I did have my cart fail mid-race on the last race I was there for and found that their no refund policy extends to equipment failure and they would not give me a refund. A race credit does not really do me any good since I was there for a party and drove from and hour away.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had a great time here on Saturday as a birthday venue for my nephew and his CJCFPD firefighter friends and family. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the prices for everything are very reasonable. I also worked with Stacey and Matt on another event. They are fun, fair and professional. We will definitely be returning!

This place is awesome. We went for a couple of friends birthday party and had a blast on the indoor electric go carts. They had great food and drinks and were very accommodating for a group of about 40 people. Well worth the trip if you are looking for a fun and unique place to take the family or have a team building event or gathering.

First off: PRE REGISTER ONLINE!! There is usually a line to do this when you arrive. It took us 20 minutes just to Pre register Saturday 2pm. Had 8 races ahead of us ended up waiting about 80 minutes til we raced after paying, by 230 the wait was 3 hours. Worth the wait though. Fun racing, for us carts set at 70% still fast enough.

Had a great time we had the birthday room with the pool table and the darts the arcade was okay there were a few games out of order the kids track was so cool and theres even a bounce house and ball climbing pit Could there be room for improvements always Would I go back most definitely THESES GO CARTS ARE FAST
