Well lets see. I went there with a friend and her 1 1/2 year old toddler, as well as my 2 1/2 year old son for an activity that they were having called "Toddle Time". The "Toddle Time" was advertised on a flier for 9:30am to 11:30 for $9.00. I thought that wasnt a bad idea. When I got there, they had shortened "Toddle Time" from 9:30 to 10:30am, and we still had to pay $9.00. I had already driven 20 minutes to get there with my kid, and so we went ahead and just did it. The crazy thing about it is "Toddle Time" isnt just for toddlers, but its for kids of all ages! In my opinion little toddlers shouldnt be jumping around with 6,7 and 8 year olds. Also, the workers there trying to have the little toddlers sit and wait in line for activities like basketball and jumping in the foam pit. Sorry, but trying to tell a 1 1/2 year old or 2 year old to wait for a few minutes while the big kids take their turn is just plain dumb. I didnt pay $9.00 for one hour of play so my kid could wait in line. "Toddle Time" needs to be age restricted. As the times that are not "toddle time" should also be age restricted. I dont expect my little one to be hooping it up with a bunch of teenagers!

Lets start with all things positive, because I just had one awesome time there. 1.) super workout. 2.) Dunking basketball freestyle was a blast. 3.) Accommodating front desk staff. 4.) Fun staff that maintained control of each jumping area - tougher job than they make look. 5.) Had Chiefs on a Very Big screen. 6.) Just good, clean, fun. Had an awesome time, I will be back. Now for the bad, 1.) Phone etiquette when I called to schedule a time, was terribly rude. Was told to just look at the website and schedule, was cut off when asking another question that it is on the website. (OK, I get it, you have a good website, but you cant schedule a time without a credit card as far as I could find). So I didnt schedule a time, and instead, drove 25 minutes and showed up hoping we could get it (see 3 from above) and we did. Thanks SkyZone front desk. And indifferent: 1.) A bit pricey for multiple hours- the thing is, 1 hour is one heck of a workout. For the price of a little more than a movie ($13). Not too bad, but wont go often, but will definitely return.

second time here (both were birthday parties) staff is pretty understanding and polite even when your reservations get booked in the wrong state! haha a small snack stand is where you get your food, they serve your usual arena style snacks and will host your parties in private rooms. you pay by the time and amount of people, they rotate dodge ball by age groups, foam pits to flip in, a giant age separate jump area that even has a section for adults & really young children, basketball hoops to dunk in. every time we go someone sitting out eventually buys in, its too much fun!

Scheduled a birthday party for our soon to be 10 yr old twins. 10 children total, Kensley our guide/facilitator knew what she was doing. Kensley got us a cart for party items, read the rules, turned children loose and away we went. Kensley set up our Birthday party room, had everything ready at the appropriate time. Self serve pizza, Kensley poured the drinks, got the 3 cakes set up with candles, cut and served cake and dippin dots! Dad and I, very little work for us, Kensley really took care of everything! Thank YOU, KENSLEY for all of your assistance!

I paid $15 for one hour of jumping after being told the $13/hour fee had risen. In addition, you MUST buy their socks to jump. Ridiculous. This place was a hole-in-the-wall: the lights werent bright, the staff was rude, and the place gave me a creepy vibe. One worker was flirting with me and was RELENTLESS about getting my number even though all I wanted to do was tumble. The staff is not very attentive and when they do pay attention, they yell at you! I recently found a place closer to my house (Urban Air) that is MUCH nicer. I will not be returning to SkyZone.

Something different and fun to do. The managers are helpful but the staff need to learn some manners. They employ young teens and they need to all be on the same page. We went up with some family and my two-year-old and two of the staff members were incredibly rude and kept sending us to different parts of the trampolines. They just stood there like hawks, just waiting to get on us for something irrelevant. If it claims to be a family facility, they need to keep that in mind when hiring people.

Overall a really fun place to take kids age 5 to 15. If you are going to take toddlers and little ones, make sure you find the right time. Rules are very restrictive with kids 5 and under. Bounce in one square at a time. No running. No dodge ball. Still, its great exercise. Moderately expensive, you may spend $15 a child for a moderate session. Hours of operation are pretty standard. Always ample parking. High marks for cleanliness as well.

The staff yell at the kids and "take the fun out of it." One employee made the kids do 20 push ups if they wanted to pay dodge ball. I also noted there is no observation area for toddlers. The toddler area is off in a corner. I saw one by sprain his ankle while I was there as well, he was told to leave the area and go sit down while he was crying. No medical attention was given. Not a good experience. I will not take my kids back.

Called ahead to ask if open today and they say "yes until 8 pm" so we drive 20 minutes to get there and yes they are open with a 1 hour 15 minute wait. That might have been nice to tell us when we called before we packed kids up told them we were going and drove there. And we cant wait that long so we get to deal with crying kids. And manager Jarrett would do nothing to remedy situation. Avoid this place.

Great for birthdays or play dates. 15 years is about the oldest I saw there that could participate in different activities they had going on, but they do have a couple of basketball hoops with trampolines for older kids. An hour is plenty of time, if not too much time. Very crowded and noisy on weekends, but still fun. Would recommend for ages 5-15. (they do have a separate "court" for toddlers).

This place is not great at all. I recently broke my ankle there and as I stumbled off the trampoline the staff was laughing at me. They did not provide any medical supplies. To level my ankle they grabbed a foam cube from the trampoline area. They asked me if I wanted a free water so I wouldnt sue them. Dont come here.
