Myself, S. other, my mother, 12 yr old and toddler drove two and a half hours to get here on 6/30/16 and we LOVED it. The staff was accommodating and plentiful ! I mean seriously, I have worked in the service industry/hospitality field for many many years and Ive never encountered such attentive and kind staff members!! Especially without the incentive of tips. :) they were paying attention to detail and so polite! I noticed staff checking the water quality/ph regularly and managers walking the property consistently. I applaud the communication I noticed between all of them. (We arrived 30min after it opened//was not crowded//this place is huge!!) we purchased a locker and a mini cabana. My s.o. originally picked one closer to the front of the park but I noticed there were some closer to the attractions my toddler could enjoy. Buyers remorse hit but the staff complied with ZERO qualms. We switched cabanas easily. None of our things were disturbed, we left our wagon & towels & sunscreen. We brought our own floats and toddler life jacket but the park supplies jackets/floats too. In the sanded beach area, the cabanas were even nicer!! Ill be upgrading to that next time for sure! Fans, furniture, and a tv (which couldve prolonged the experience for my little one) it also seemed like you could get some kind of food/waiter service available at the deluxe cabanas. The park offers PLENTY of seating throughout the venue though so you dont have to spend the dough on a cabana. I def recommend SWIM shoes only bc the ground can get hot. ((There are little fountains throughout to help alleviate some of that sting)) Everybody had FUN! Im the only member in the group NOT afraid of heights so we didnt even do the slides! Still stayed until 5! The food is affordable compared to fair or sports venue prices. The lines can be long but the staff is very helpful ! If you pack your own lunch, theres plenty of picnic space outside of the park. VERY CLEAN. I read plenty of reviews prior to visiting this park and I have to brag on the staff. Employees were cleaning messes before they even happened. Some of the life guards could be considered rude if you are oblivious to human nature. Apathetic teenagers arent rude in my book! I will be purchasing a season pass next year! ((Disregard grammar/spelling!))

Very clean and well designed park! Its about as close as you can come to Disney quality for a fraction of the price. Theres a whole beach area thats almost hidden that is as beautiful and clean as an upscale resort. We had a great time with two teens and a toddler. We were able to let the teens go without worrying that wed never find them and there was a lot for our toddler to do. We came on a Tuesday in mid July and there were enough people that you didnt feel weirdly deserted but you only had to wait in line a few minutes at most. The price is normally $36 and some change but hey offer discounts to teachers, first responders, and A students. My husband and I brought our work badges and both got those discounts and we brought our teens report cards and the toddler was free. Total we paid for 4 tickets at $22 and some change. Not bad for an entire day of clean well designed water park fun. You cant bring in any food or drinks, but there were several options to choose from and the food was very good quality snack bar style food. 4 meals and a kids meal all with drinks cost us $34 and some change....cheaper than fast food and the servings sizes were more than enough to fill everyone. The cabanas were awesome but we didnt get one this time. Instead we found a free shaded area in the toddler play area. There were lots of shaded areas. There were also lots of little geysers down the walk way that kept you from burning your feet and also fill stations for you to get a drink or refill a bottle of water. The music was very tasteful. They played a variety of good clean songs of every genre. We drove a little over 2 hours to get here and we are very impressed (doesnt happen very often!) Id say it is definitely worth taking a day off work if you had to so you can go on a weekday with less people and you can possibly take advantage of the discount tickets. Even if you cant get the discount tickets, $36 is a fair price for the quality this park offers.

The water park activities themselves were great. I have a 5yr old who is small and there was plenty of slides and other things for her to do. I really liked the lazy river and her favorite was the white rapid express slide. Having lockers available to rent made things a lot easier. The gift shop sold sunscreen which we had accidently left so that was a life saver. The reason for only 3 stars was the customer service. It took at least 7 minutes (not exaggerating) to rent a locker because the girl was texting while assisting me. I was the only person in line, stood there for 2 minutes before she even acknowledged me and between every step (simply telling me the price, taking my money, giving change and giving a locker key) she stopped to get on her phone. It took over 20 minutes to get an overpriced burger. The concession stand was divided into 3 sections with 1 or 2 registers in each section. Only 2 registers were open (at opposite ends) and both lines were overflowing. There was at least 5 people standing behind the counter (not counting the kitchen area) and they would take an order and wait till the order was complete and served before taking another. Majority of the time the workers were just standing there talking. We went to the wave pool, just really got in good when the workers started telling everyone to get out. No reason was given despite many people asking. Then the workers themselves got in. Granted this may have been necessary for some reason (I would hope they werent just running the paying customers off so they could enjoy it) but an explanation and when they expected it to become available again would have been nice. Unfortunately the service we got at all of the resort was mostly bad. The vast majority of the employees treated you as if you were burdensome and did not want to assist you with even the simplest questions.

Went to Geyser Falls for July 4th. We called ahead of time to ask about reserving a large cabana and were told they dont take reservations. However I was one of the very first people in the park this morning and definently the first in line to reserve a large cabana and 6 were already taken. It was crowded as to be expected for the 4th but they let so many people in you couldnt enjoy yourself. We wanted to float the lazy river and couldnt even get a tube. It was so rediculous we decided to leave after only being in our cabana for a few hours. When we got to the front gate someones child was missing so they locked the gates and wouldnt let anyone leave the water park. We waited for 45 minutes in the heat with our 1 year old little girl. There were so many people trying to leave we couldnt go forwards or backwards and were stuck there. My little girl almost got overheated and the people at the gate offered no first aid, no refreshments or anything. I got scared because I thought my little girl was overheated because she was acting lethargic and I started yelling and wanting them to let us out or HELP US!!!!. The police came through the gate and threw me to the ground and put me in handcuffs. They were mislead by the Staff at Geyser Park but handled themselves in a professional manner. The park didnt even help my wife and baby after all of this. The thing that I am the most disappointed about is Im a United States Marine and Purple Heart recipient and they did this to my family and I on the 4th of July of all days. I would never recommend this park for anyone. The staff members at the gate were unprofessional, disrespectful and neglegent. STAY AWAY.
