This is by far the worst indoor trampoline I have ever been too, as soon as you walk in its completely crowded and as soon as you started jumping all you hear is the conversation of the employees about who are they meeting up with, who are they smoking with I mean their entire business. I dont want to hear that then on top of that you cannot jump with your children and your partner and as soon as you hit the trampoline from falling they jump on the trampoline like a police and force you to stand back up after you just fell. I will not be back here I recently discovered a new indoor trampoline called the Jumping World I am completely satisfied with that place my family loves that place and that will be the only indoor trampoline park that I will attend.

This is really neat place where kids can jump around and have fun. And yet burn up some energy. But my only problem was the lack of communication between some of the employees. We were there for a birthday party and because someone dropped the ball concerning our start time, we lost a little of paid jumping time. But Dee the manager was very apologetic and seem genuinely concerned with trying to rectify the situation. And he even gave us future passes of free jump time to use at a later date. Which made up for the little mishap when we first got there. I would definitely recommend this place for birthday parties, organizations to visit to build camaraderie, or family bonding time.

Unacceptable. It would be a fun place to have a party or take the kids to wear them out with some good exercise if it were not so crowded. But what realy makes the experience intolerable for me were the employees. Little more than kids themselves they seemed to be more interested in flirting with eachother than doing there job of monitoring the safety of the park. Parking was also an issue. There were only about 30 parking spaces for a place that can cater to 100+. All in all unless you can afford to rent out the place and have it all to your self spend your money elsewhere.

The place is cheap and would be a great place for birthday parties. There are a lot of rules like no backflipping into the foam pit but thats expected these days. Be warned though that its about 90% kids and I think I was the only person over 30 years old jumping and playing dodgeball.

Very very fun, but has extremely terrible customer service. Ladies at the counter were extremely rude. Tried to accuse me of "losing my sticker" when I was never given a sticker in the first place. The sticker is like 4"6" how the hell do you lose it? you dont. Terrible workers

Great place for fun and exercise but the staff can have language that shouldnt be used, especially in a child based environment. Hitting the soap dispenser and calling it a name shouldnt be allowed by management anywhere. Other then that it is a fun place.

Do you have a child with a ton of energy? Take em to this place, in one hour they are strained of all their energy and ready to go to bed :) or sit quiet! Guaranteed. Also i agree with +Maria Cardona about the employees there.

I hated it, all 3 of my children got burned jumping on the trampolines the concessions were way too high and plus it was plain boring. Ill never take my children back there again . A big waste of my money!!!!!
