I miss the bat fries!! This is a very fun place for kids as there are a lot of things to see and do. The Arcade feels like the set of Halloweentown on the golf course and next to the giant monster who weilds an axe. There are two Full arcades with many great prizes. They have a wonderful code of conduct that Adults as well as Children should adhere to in daily life. Unfortunately some of the kids who come to the Arcade do not have home training and one child had kicked the Restroom stall door in that I was in as a prank one night. Parents remember train your children to become better citizens and not idiots. The staff was very attentive and some were even friendly. The cafe still has the same art as when I was a kid. Which gives one a nice feeling of solidarity to the past and evokes wonderful memories of birthdays and special Holidays. Over all this is a lovely place to visit.

The first thing that we noticed when we arrived was a sign at the entrance that read "Sagging pants not allowed on these premises. Please pull your pants up to your waist before entering." This was obviously a suggestion as opposed to a rule as we saw several young teens 12-14 showing this style, and a few men 35-45 also wearing this style. The staff seemed too afraid to mention this rule to anyone; despite trying to portray a family atmosphere. The games and rides were enough to keep kids amused for a few hours, and the food was fairly good. I did like that when there was an error with a machine the staff was quick to correct it and they were genuinely friendly towards the parents and kids. Parking was sufficient and there was a variety of prizes that could be redeemed for tickets.

Half of the games just take your tokens. Mike and Darnell couldnt really hear his name you g African American kid wouldnt even let me take the time to pick my prizes. I really think everyone should have to wear a name tag. The tickets I handed the boys were excatly 550 he told me it was only 4 something when I coughed it by hand. He put it on the machine and told me other whatever. Therefore I would like a call back from the manager and when I asked mike for the other employees name he acted like he didnt know it. These kids need to be gone

This place is fun, family friendly and it contains the best customer service I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Jemery was very kind, hard working and helpful and deserves a raise, medal or a well deserved promotion! It is very clear that management cares about their employees, because it reflects on how the staff treat their guests. If you are debating on where to take your kids for the weekend, stop by this amazing place and have a great time, you will not regret it.

the place is a little small it has four rides one small train two racing spot. one for little kids and one for big kids but you can ride with your kid. then they have miniature golf. there no adult gaming at the place so it pretty much for little kids. Saturday it packed but no real problems with adults. there is a place to eat and sit but the weekends are crazy so come early. the prizes are something from the dollar store nothing high end. so you may be disappointed

While not as great as the Haunted Trails in Joliet. We still have fun. At one point we had to explain what happened as half our tickets got removed from our card. They had a great variety of games for very to old. My daughter loved the game where you ride a light up dolphin. She is only 1. They need to fix the changing table in the bathroom as the belt was broken otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Is it wow? No but it also doesnt suck, it has in-door and out-door activities. Go karts are pretty fun, batting cages could use some tuning the pitches are too high. Its mostly clean the food is below average I havent tried the wings yet tho. Token prices are ridiculous to get anything decent off the prize racks. Havent had bad customer service either. Good family place.

If I could rate this hell hole a zero I would. This place is a joke. I used to come here as a kid and it was awesome. There is nothing here anymore video Game wise the prizes are way over priced and the staff is pathetic! Dont even ask about the food here. It took literally 15 minutes for nachos and a pop! How is this place still in business?

I took my daughter and her friends to this place it was 3 of them and they had fun because hunted trails had a discount for recent graduates and it got them unlimited outside attractions after 5, and we spent about $20 for each card for inside games and had about 2000 tickets in all when cashed out

Fun place for the kids, nice batting cages and outdoor rides. Great haunted / monster themed mini-golf. Some parts are showing their age, but the property is very well maintained. Its also affordable. The amusements are about half the price of Dave & Busters, etc.

It was fun for a family day on a not too hot day. We caught a day when all the rides were $1, so we did everything once or more. Not sure if would have been as good for our family of 3 kids if it wasnt that special price. Good fun if youre in the area.

Great place for birthday parties. Fun, clean, yummy food. Had my sons birthday party here. Not too expensive and they have some good arcade prizes. Those automatic ticket counters are kind of crap though, they jipped a few people while I was there.

Nice mini amusement park could use a major upgrade its been the same since I was a kid we know the owner makes money so why he doesnt upgrade is the question they do have a honey house it is kind of tanky so save your money and go somewhere else

Great place HALLOWEEN lovers. Although it has become less & LESS scary through the years (i.e., even the animated green ghoul logo has been recreated to more "kid friendly"), Haunted Trails is still a Southside gem worth checking out.

Ive been going here for years. Its fun and enjoyable. They have go karts, mini golf, & batting cages. Not to mention all the fun games they have indoors. Dont forget to pick up your icee on the way out for those hot summer days!

I went mini golfing with my friends here! It wasnt very crowded and the site was well taken care of. The arcade is mostly swipe to play, but there are still some old token operated machines by the mini golf
