Worst Amusement Park EVER! Theyre only open Saturday, theres no roller coasters and fastest thing there is an old wooden carousel. Ever been to the Sesame Street section of Busch Gardens? Thats what this whole park is like. There is nothing thrilling here. The mini ferris wheel is the absolute worst. It doesnt even go high enough for you to see over the trees. Ive never seen a more pathetic excuse for an amusement park. The highlight here was waiting 30 minutes for some stupid train that takes you around city park at 3 miles an hour. The ride was so boring that a group of people actually jumped off! Now, youd think for a miniature amusement park you would pay the admission and the rides were free right? WRONG. You have to pay for each ride (including the stupid train). No alcohol served here either. Even the kids were bored.

Well to start off with the grandkids had a blast and thats what its all about but when it came time for food the express was lacking in a big way! Management really needs to either close it Or run it like it should be run. Other then that I would have gave you five stars. Free parking was a plus since it is hard to find when you are around the French quarter. The Carousel Gardens very clean and well kept. Ride attendants very respectful and great with the children. Keep up the fun but please do something about the Express its an embarrassment...

This seems like a fantastic spot to bring kids, and honestly, even as an adult you can have some fun here. They sell beer, which is always a plus. Obviously its geared towards children, but there are things like the carousel, train, and ferris wheel that adults can enjoy. I wouldnt necessarily go here without kids, but the train ride was pretty fun. Its nice that it seems very affordable for families.

A safe and garden-like amusement park designed for young children. The miniature train is a nice way to tour a section of City Park. Its about a 12-minute ride. Entry to Carousel Gardens is $4 and the miniature train is $4.
