This place just opened last week. Think of M1 Concourse as condos for car guys (or gals). People can purchase a garage and customize it to the ultimate garage. There is a race track to play on and there will be automotive retail and restaurants in the future. Youll be surrounded by other car people too. We visited the property for the Roadkill Nights event. Im am thrilled that this place was opened up for the public for this and I hope events are hosted here in the future. I was impressed on how nice this event appeared to run. Woodward Ave was closed so they could have drag racing on the avenue. We had a great time. Open one of these in the Cleveland area please.

Better than I had anticipated... Despite the shortish 1.5 mile length, the track still has a good feel and some great rhythm to it. There is no timing loop for your transponder, so bring your high resolution GPS for timing laps. Unfortunately, the cost for any event at this track is still on the high end of the scale. Additionally, the track is for testing only and no wheel-to-wheel racing is offered. Still, hard to find a track so close to an urban metro area that drives as well as this one does.

Great events happening here all of the time. Cool 1.5 mile track w 11 turns. Can rent track time and use one of their high end cars to run the track, or bring your own. Also hosting car shows on the regular, tied in w car and driver, locking down Woodward during the dream cruise for actual drag racing. Too much to on about this Jew and exciting place revitalizing pontiac and exciting car enthusiasts as well. Keep an eye on upcoming events and check them out. These guys go all out.

It was okay it could be better organized and its very hard to find where the entrance is there could be better directions and more staff I had a great time but not due to any one that worked there because I could not find anyone except for a concession stands basically had to ask other people who were going there to watch races if they knew our stuff was everyone was scattering around and having to find their own way but I did have fun the racetracks nice

A first class facility for automotive enthusiasts of every purse and preference. While the car condos are for those of means the M1 operators do an excellent job of community outreach and hold events and car shows that make the facility a great addition to the community. Im really looking forward to seeing it evolve through future phases of construction.

Just OK. Went to roadkill night on Friday night before Woodward and their was no parking on site for people attending. Had to fend for your self to find parking on the streets and neighbors in Pontiac surrounding M1 which is the not the best location to be in. Not impressed yet with what M1 has to offer and was disappointed in M1.

Very cool place to be. It is a private track however they do have days that are open to the public and have days that you can rent cars and learn from an experienced driver or you can take your own car out on the track. Keep a lookout for events on their calendar on their website.

This is the most annoying place on the earth for me. I live down the street and the noise is ridiculous and I see no benefit for the city of Pontiac with it being placed right in the neighborhood so the residents cannot have peace and quiet!!!

Only 3 stars cause theyre still doing construction, but they should bring in some food trucks and a professional photographer to offer pics for the drivers to purchase of themselves on the track. There also isnt a ton of open track days yet.

Visited for Dodge Roadkill 2017 and it was a blast. Facility as awesome. Wish there was a way onsite to get info of future events for folks to revisit (like a bulletin board or monitor displaying info). Overall great experience.

Excellent modern facility. Great flat track but not the fastest one around. They have cars and coffee almost every month. Quality of car turn around is excellent, you will probably find one of your dream car if not all.

Excellent track, though the facilities are obviously not quite finished yet (even though they are already starting to host events). It is obvious this track will be awesome someday, but they are making solid progress.

Fun race track, the prices are really steep but overall was a enjoyable experience. Definitely somewhere id go on the weekend. I only wish the prices were more reasonable :)

Cant believe the city of Pontiac allowed this thing to be built in a residential area, without sufficient sound barriers. Great place to visit, wouldnt want to live near.
