GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were camping at Brighton Rec and were surprised to see a JUmp Island in the beach area. Someone mentioned a Groupon deal so we looked it up. We then went to talk to the guy taking reservations about the little ones in our group and other questions we had. He offered to honor the groupon without us buying it through groupon, and answered all our questions. They were very helpful!! We did 3 sessions for 6 people.... 5 kids and then the 6th set we split between adults so each adult took one session to help the kids (we couldnt last 3 hours like they can). OUR ONLY CONCERN...... the float that looks like a UFO where the kids play king of the hill comes up out of the water when there are a lot of people on one side and it is flat on the bottom, there were a few times that it almost came down on kids who had fallen off and I can imagine them being trapped under there, there are hooks on it so I think it would be better if it were anchored down better. But everyone was safe while we were there, staff was alert and helpful and it was a lot of fun!!

There should be a day for adults only and one for smaller children. Many of the older kids constantly cut in line and knock the little ones over. More then once I had a kid climb up the slide right behind me (and there was already 2 people on it) and slide down right with me. One landed on top of me in the water. Ive been here twice..once with my 6 and 4 year old, and once with friends. I will not go back unless they set aside a day for different age groups.

We took the kids and there friends there yesterday and it was awesome. Great beach, the jump park is a climbing, bouncing sliding and jumping dream come true. The kids ran and swam for hours and are begging to go back. Great family fun. Make reservations and print waivers before you go to keep things moving. Highly recommend it

You will not regret making the trip. Beautiful setting with sandy beach and picturesque water. The owner is very attentive and provided exceptional customer service. Staff also pays close attention to details. Fun for all ages. Inflatables offer a variety of challenges or leisurely use.

Cool idea, but pretty expensive for what it is. Some of the inflatable walkways were partially deflated when we went, so kids couldnt get on certain pieces. Lifeguards and staff were nice. Better maintenance and more reasonable prices would bring the star rating up from me.

We had an awesome time!! The beach was great and Float Island is water fun imagination come true. It was perfect for our family picnic! Make reservations before you go or you wont get on. The staff was very helpful and personable. We will definitely be going back!

Jump Island is an amazing place to bring your family. Great environment to just relax and enjoy your day. Wonderful equipment that you can just jump on and play. Me and everybody I know thinks this is the best spot to be during the summer.

We had so much fun! The staff was great, the water is warm and there is even a place to get water and snacks! Restrooms and changing area was clean! There is a little bit of seaweed, but, we have come to expect that from a lake.

My grandson had lot of fun, but there were NO lifeguards anywhere near the area, they were all on shore not even watching at 6 pm. They were there earlier, but none after 6.

Nice job guys. Had a blast. Got the groupon as I dont think Id want to pay much more for it. Met the owners and theyre great. wish them the best. Staff was energetic too.

Awesome idea for summer fun! Not a lot of space for the huge amount of kids allowed out to play at once. Fair price for the limited amount of time.

Definitely not worth the time or money. Sub par inflatables provide less than fun activities for any age. No "wow" factor to be had here.
