This was our first time there. One of the things we didnt like was there not enough inter tubes for everyone. Tuns of people were keeping them on the grass at there spots that they were sitting and not being used. On the speaker or intercom they were making announcements throughout the day that you cant do that but tuns of people do it and nothing being done about it. We asked one safety grad that one lady had them on the grass and not being used she told us to go up and just take it. What Really that starts fights and arguments. Im not going to do that. There 3,200 people aloud in the park they should have at least that many tubes. The one waterslide you need a tube to go down. We waited and waited kids were getting off the slid and taking the tubes with them. We couldnt ride the slid cause we couldnt get the tubes and there the same tubes that can go in the wave pool so where do you win with this. We didnt really enjoy the wave pool cause it so crowded that when you get in you could barely move and it would of been more enjoyable if we could of got a tube. The lazy river was nice cause it had its own different (blue) tubes and workers were taking them when people were getting out and giving them to people that were getting in. I think that what they need to do with the water slide and the wave pool is to have it own color tubes for that slide and wave pool only. We read that there no coolers aloud in the water park Ok we keep it in the car. We counted 12 different people with coolers (big ones) sitting on the grass in the water park. We read no outside foods and drinks in the water park. Only water bottles and baby food and baby bottles. People were stuffing whole bunch of food at the bottom of there strollers and we seen tuns of pop cans and bottles on the grass from different people. There needs to be more lockers for the amount of people in the water park. Kids from age 7 and higher cannot be in the ladies bathroom Ok I can see that but they only provide 4 family changing rooms and to get into one is insane. We bought some food in the water park and it was good. Price was high on some stuff but reasonable on others stuff. Overall we did have fun and will be back again.

Rolling Hills is a great destination with a great water park, bike trails (paved and mountain bike trails), along with a great Disc Golf course. The park has just finished phase 1 of expansion and updates. Additional paved paths and mountain bike trails along with the road that loops through the new area, once part of Wiards apple orchard/farm. This is where the new soccer fields and additional disc golf course are planned as well as an extension to the water park which has started. There is a small pond with decks and lots of picnic tables and pavilions. A new play ground for the kids and a sand volleyball court. The lodge has a great room for events and it over looks the toboggan hill where you can rent toboggans or bring your own sled. They also have groomed cross country ski trails and equipment for rent. The existing Disc Golf course is a beautiful 18 hole course, mostly wooded with long and short tees on most holes. Well maintained and marked so no issue navigating the course even if its your first time. Several holes with elevation changes - hence the name Rolling Hills. This course has a lot of natural beauty in all seasons and it is played all year long. Disc Golf leagues are open to anyone each week and there are several tournaments at the course each year. OK Disc Golf is my key activity here but my kids and family enjoy this park and all it has. The staff are great. Great place to get away and enjoy nature - something for everyone.

This place is DISGUSTING. My family and I wanted to enjoy a hot day at the water park only to have it ruined by disgusting people and inconsiderate employees. We had went in the wave pool and saw a lady with LARGE sores all over her body that were bleeding. We saw her physically picking her scabs off. The place was packed and she was surrounded by so many people. After ONLY being there for 30 minutes, we quickly drove home to shower. After we got home, I had called and spoke to a few staff members and finally reached a supervisor, they had told me that someone had already notified them of the lady with the sores and that they had asked her if they were contagious. I had called again the next day to talk to another supervisor to see if they could offer a refund or voucher of some sort and they pretty much accused me of making it up even though I was told the day before that one of their employees had addressed the woman. I had a horrible experience here and it is totally unsanitary.

The water facilities themselves are fun for the kids. But the staff is extremely rude and inexperienced. They behave as if they are doing us a favor by serving us, county taxpayers. I booked a birthday package for June 17 for my son, and the information on the website for birthday packages is incomplete, so there were things I wasnt informed about until I arrived. Instead of being apologetic and understanding, the young women working in the office at the entrance to the waterpark were rude and dismissive. It was one thing to be disappointed by the fact that the website information is misleading, but it was infuriating to be treated with such rudeness. It was obvious they were trying to cover up a lack of experience and competence by displaying a dismissive, mocking attitude. Very bad customer service attitude. Please complete/update your website and train your front office staff better.

We were out playing frisbee golf and it was still more than bright enough to play. The women who worked there rolled up on us in a gator yelling at us to leave the park immediateli, being exceptionally rude saying they had yelled multiple warnings of the parks closing... We did not hear them because we were deep in the woods. She then said oh you probably didnt hear her over the gator or because we were so far back and then continued to yell at us. So they agreed they half assed the closing announcement and then belittled us anyways. These workers are aweful and shouldnt work at a park where family and kids are around. Fire these bitches.

I had read other reviews and didnt believe it until I experienced it for myself. Poop in the wave pool. A grown adult pooped in the wave pool while we were there. The biggest issue with this is that the pools are all connected together so they had to shut everything down to clean it (for 45 minutes!?) and supposedly that makes it safe to go in again, though Im skeptical. The slides were okay, the splash pad was fun but the water was freezing, the lazy river was okay. I cant believe there isnt a full size pool, outside of the wave pool area where you can actually swim, not just stand in. Overall, really disappointed and disgusted.
