We were there today and waited over half an hour for floats! Asked if we could bring in our grandkids floats and were told no due to health reasons. How could our own floats be more of a health risk than public ones?? Were told there were plenty of floats but the guy who aired them up wasnt there so wed just have to wait. Called the City of Barbourville and asked for help resolving this and was told Id get a return call shortly. That was almost three hours ago! If you cant provide a service why would you continue to sell admissions?

I only give it three stars because as a water park it is okay. But the things that make a place better than just okay this place is lacking in. The staff are consistently unfriendly and the lifeguards are never doing their jobs (even when all they have to do is supervise the kitty pool) because theyre busy chatting with each other. There are never enough floats and ALWAYS count on them to close twenty minutes early despite every sign saying theyre open until six. Besides all of this its a good place to spend a lazy day at the pool.

Clean wholesome fun for the whole family! Very well maintained and staffed. Like Goldilocks would say; this park is just right, big enough to have quite the variety of pools, slides and more, yet small enough to keep your family safely in sight. Concession stand was immaculate, reasonably priced and offers a vast array of choices. Just wonderful!

Got kicked out the pool for "making out" when me and my fiancé were only holding hands and did only a 1 second kiss. Person who kicked us out tried to make an excuse saying they had gay friends themselves and that it was okay for them to kick us out. Great place to get kicked out for being LGBT during pride month. Not coming back.

They are rude ; 2 year old was pushed off of his raft with his 10 year old sister in grount of a life guard and while my child went under the life guard just looked at. Him underwater and started throwing the ball with the other life guard . I will never go back

rude a#$ people sure are in a hurry to get you out... now I see why there wasnt that many people there. they bit$h at you to hurry and get out then ban you for talking back.. think there better then everyone. life guards dont even watch the kids. B.S....

The only problem I had was with two of the life guards. I brought 20 people with me for my daughters birthday, and was treated very rudely. One of the lifeguards actually cussed at us. I reported it to the managers, but I dont think anything was done.

Me and my friends went and it was absolutely amazing first time I have ever been, will probably be coming back soon, such a great experience! Everyone was nice there, awesome prices for a all day stay! Such an awesome water park over all!

I have noticed quite a few life guard problems in the commets but when we went only 1 life guard was not very nice but maybe their are different guards that are that way but we had fun you cant beat the prices

Drove over an hour to get there on a day that their website said they were open only to find out they were closed. Total waste of a day.
