On 6/21 my husband and I went to the winery. Although the wine specialist was helping someone, she did not acknowledge us at all. A simple, "Hello, Ill be with you momentarily," would have been nice. We received no greeting. We were there for a few minutes, and we still received no greeting. Another customer walked in and she was greeted upon entering. Thats when we decided to leave. I guess my husband and I are not in the in-crowd. We were deeply disappointed. And to think, we drove nearly forty minutes for a wine tasting experience.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. You can sign up for the wine club online or in the store and get free samplings anytime. The wines are great and the owners are always looking for new and distinct varieties of wine. The prices are very good and wont break you to buy their wines. Many wines have won some very prestigious national awards!!!

The staff wasnt too friendly, did not pour in the correct order, and never explained wine or even anything. We asked about the wine club and she told us to go on-line to find out about it. I went in with low expectations and shocked they proved me wrong with even lower expectations. Skip!

Have done a Wine Tasting twice at this location. Staff was friendly, but had difficulty locating my favorites from the Tasting. I felt that someone should have been on the floor assisting with me while choosing my wines.

one of the best in Michigan wines. very good selection of wines. about an hour from Chicago it is the perfect place to sample pure Michigan wines. any day of the week. I would recommend the almond sherry.
