I went here for my birthday, and the service was horrible. I waited over an hour for my food, including drinks. The appetizers were sloppy and we were given tortilla chips that are usually sold at a carnival not the "tricolored" high class chips listed on the menu. Once I finally received my food, the steak was not cooked properly (overcooked and rubbery), and my vegetables had a horrible stench. The manager didnt seem to care about how long the food took or the quality of the food. She dismissed my party and I several times with excuses. This was not at all what I expected; I was very disappointed after hearing good things from other people. Im not sure if this just wasnt a good day, but because of it, I will never return. I wouldnt recommend this place for dinner.

Service was extremely slow and they had four other tables. We had to go get someone to go take our drink menu after waiting for 10 minutes. The manager had to take our order while no waitresses or waiters were found. Also, we had to ask for others waiters when we saw them in order to fill up our waters because our waiter disappeared. Appetizers did not come out first and some of our food came out cold or smelling like they did not clean the shrimp from the shrimp pasta (had a powerful old fishy smell). However; the Ruben sandwich was good and the chicken quesadilla appetizers tasted delicious.

We stopped by here while on our way to a Red Wings game. It turned out to be a great option. I had the 555 Cheeseburger and the rest of our group had the Cuban Sandwich and the BBQ Sweet Potato. The burger was excellent (though a bit messy) and everyone else thought their food was delicious. We also had fried pickles and deviled eggs for appetizers - both of which were excellent. The service was quite good. Our drinks were always full and the pace of service was quite nice. The prices were also quite reasonable. If youre downtown near the Greektown Casino, check out the 555.

Food was awesome, waitress was very slow, disorganized and mostly absent, but there was a guy working that was on the ball with things. Waited over 30-40 minutes for food, one person never even got their food after an hour and a half. We ordered shots and everyone got theirs except me, its been 15 minutes since then and still not here. If not for the Kobe burger being so good I would have given it less stars. After speaking to the manager they comped the one guys drinks, offered to send food to the room and now were all good.

The server was good, even a cool view ,but so darn slow. I will say my food was fine, but it was a ruben and it had no sour kraut , three of us ordered the same thing a ruben and none of them had it. I did not want to wait for a recook , as it was painfully slow and the place was not busy at all. I would not send anyone here, also after the very very long wait the seniors I had with me did not want to gamble any more , so it ended my day trying to get a quick lunch.

We have ate here many times when we come up to the casino. Prices are pretty good for the amount of food you receive. Love the crab bites and the fried pickles. Steaks are good too breakfast buffet is good as well. Tonight my other half had the shrimp dinner and got a lot. I did chicken Alfredo. I would have loved a little more spice but it was still very good. Huge portion.

Waitress was not very friendly This was our first time staying at Greek town The food was very good but it took a long time and we had to keep asking for our glasses to be refilled, seemed like they were short staffed on this night which was hard to believe the night before new years eve Managers just walking around.

The staff was great, didnt like that our big party was unable to slip the bills. The loaded potatoe that I has was supposed to have chicken, its didnt have that much, I added shrimp for 8 extra dollars but it wasnt worth it. I wouldnt get that meal again. But lobe the environment and the idea of the restaurant.

Can be deff slow.. but food is good and the atmosphere is great..BUT I did a birthday here.. they (manager and waitress) tried to charge me $75 to cut 2 cakes.. both said it was in the contract.. told the Manger to show me 15 minutes later he apologies and takes off the $75 charge.. just be careful..

Generally everything is pretty good here but the menu changes frequently and you might have an occasional off dish. The waiters are always great and the interior is pretty nice as well. The prices could stand to drop a a few dollars perhaps but all in all its a great place.

We came here on a Friday night after we had a bad experience at a "popular" downtown restaurant. The food was delicious, atmosphere was perfect! Even when there was an issue with our order they were quick to remedy the problem!! I recommend this place to everyone!

Prices are just barely reasonable for the quality of the dishes. Id compare the food to something along the lines of a chain restaurants like Chilis. You walk in not expecting to be wowed, but just satisfied enough. Service is pretty speedy and staff is friendly.

Amazing service, amazing food. The bureaucrat with bread is to die for. Their truffle lil pizza is finger licking and dont even get me started with their pastas. Potion could be a little bigger but the whole atmosphere and food is still worth it

Went here for my bacholette party dinner with in Sept (before the "turn up") and had an awesome time. There was approximately 15 guests in our party and we never had an issue. Love Bisto 555 and their wait staff was great! I will be back.

Maybe one of the worst burgers Ive ever had in my life. What a waste of 1/4 to 1/3 pounds of ground beef: overcooked to a greyish/brown in the middle, with zero juiciness. Skip this place and go to Nemos for a burger.

I cant comment on the dinner menu, but Ive enjoyed the breakfast buffet here many times. Take advantage of the omelette station, theyre always cooked to order and taste great. The lady that prepares them is nice too.

Great breakfast buffet and evening dinning very nice and they have a room for private party which you can have your own entertainment. Also they have a bar that allows you to catch current sports events.

A quiet room away from the street. Small room but very nice, clean, and cozy. Rain shower head in the shower. Relaxing. Tender Greens restaurant and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf downstairs. So convenient.

Greektown Casino and Hotel nice relaxing place to mingle and have fun. I recommend outter towners to check it out. Good food, good atmosphere, choices of restaurants and clubs.

Wait on drinks was a little on the long side, but the food was pretty good. The staff though, are really nice and friendly. I would suggest to give it a try.
