Is there a way to leave no stars!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! We get there and it is STUNNING!!!!! The most beautiful entrance ever everything else is BEYOND HORRIBLE. We get there valet is backed up one poor guy working had to wait 20 min to go inside he was nice tho. We get in and got to the players club to get our cards rude as crap. Went to the deli next food took 40 min and they forgot half of it. Had to ask for my 2 pops AND my pretzel and completely forgot I had paid for 2 expressive shots that I never got. When I asked for the stuff THEY forgot the woman acted like it put her all out to get it and checked my receipt 3 times!!!! They messed up 3 out of 4 orders I watched get taken. I need to add it wasnt busy not even a little. Well I wish I could say the resort was worth it but nope gross. Couldnt even eat it.... this was all in the first 40 min or so. My husband went to play poker and the games were ridiculous they let everyone do whatever one guy was on headphones not paying any attention people were throwing stuff and fighting from losing the horse race it was CRAZY!!!! I will never go back. Ever I got out in one hour could t stand it a sec longer!!!!!! Then poor one guy alone at valet took an hour! Love his heart. I have never felt so anxious and dirty in all my life.

Estive no Cassino Gulfstream dia 18 de junho 2017 . Depois de jogar 300 Dólares e perder tudo consegui em uma das máquinas de roletas acertar no Prêmio menor (Minor) que daria 172,00 Dólares. Para minha surpresa quando retirei o ticket o valor do mesmo era de apenas 3 Dólares. Apertei o botão de serviço . A lâmpada permaneceu acesa por muito tempo e ninguém veio me atender. Achei o Cassino desorganizado . Máquinas programadas . Não vi ninguém ganhar . E quando pensei que tinha ganhado a máquina não imprimiu o ticket correto. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo pra meus amigos e nem inimigos .

I DO NOT mind losing playing poker but if things coming strange way I will never go back that place again... Let me tell you about my experience in gulfstream poker; BE CAREFUL first of all about players, they are cheap and hunting, chasing everything can come thru, second thing is trap, I played at the table tonight and I lost the biggest pot you know why bc recently old dealer was seating next to dealer and after flop comes up I called pre all in and dealer DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, guess what older dealer(which is girl) hit the flush in the river, WOAWW nice hand ha, if you dont know how to deal or what to do in this kind of situation thats where you belong trashy and I am telling everyone before they go BE CAREFUL AND WATCH EVWRYRHING. They cant be even %5 of other casinos which I put first spot Hard Rock

This is my favorite place on earth and Ive travelled to over 20 different countries. In fact, if I had one day left on planet earth is want part of the day to be a party with my family and friends at Gulfstream Racetrack. Yes, Im serious. Good percentage of the top jockeys, horses and trainers. Great service at the bar, can walk right up to the winners circle and paddock right in the middle as centerpiece to the track (as opposed to having to walk far way like most tracks). Can sit in the Breezeway Bar or get outside table for free. Except for FL Derby and Fountain of Youth not really that busy. Drink prices reasonable. Best sports experience anywhere in a very beautiful environment with nations 2nd largest statute. Excellent upscale chain neighboring restaurants or eat the tracks raw bar, amazing.

Terrrible! Beware of unscrupulous security who will tow your car, truck, rv while you are gambling or waiting for the effects of drinking alcohol to subside. I visit Gulfstream every year when visiting from Canada. I rent a condo on Ocean Dr. and visit the nearby track. Silly me spends $1000 min a week there and I sometimes leave my vehicle over night when drinking. Well security informed me that this is private property and since im not an employee i can,t park overnight while gambling or drinking yet the parking lot always has vehicles parked. Beware they will tow you costing you alot of time money and embarrassment. The Hardrock casino is fantastic and overnight parking is always available .Safe travels.

I went yesterday for the first time to the casino, I received a promotion card for $10, when I put it in machine, it said invalid insufficient funds. when I asked the staff for help, they stated I already spent the money, but in actuality I just got there. a staff member took the card, it took the staff over 45 minutes to straighten the issue out. as a first time visitor Im not that impressed with the service. when I ask for supervisor a supervisor was not available. I let the staff know that I was not impressed with the service, I told them this is how you treat a new visitor, I dont think you want me to tell the public not to come here, for trying to cheat people out of 10 dollars.

Interesting outdoor mall/track/casino with parking a horror! Can use free garage or free outdoor lots, but pain in the butt to walk to attractions, dodging moving cars and puddles. Instead of lots around the complex they are at the distant ends.. $10 for valet parking to eat at a restaurant with no validation! ($20 today - Presidents weekend) Also, shops are spread out with only partial protection if it rains (and does it in Florida!) Lots of shops close as not user friendly unless you gamble.

This place is everything thats wrong with South Florida, all wrapped neatly into one package. Expensive, lousy restaurants, inconvenient parking, crowds of miserable looking old people, and VIDEO POKER thats impossible to win. If youre even reading this review, though, Im surprised. There seem to be two types of people: horse people and normal people. If youre a horse person, this is the best horse place in South Florida. Also, you are gross.

Worst poker room. Cheap and will get out of paying you anyway possible. I lost my wallet and won the high hand on a Saturday morning. Everyone knows the DMV is closed on weekends. The wouldnt give me until Monday to get a new ID. Stay away go somewhere that they care and treat you right. Hard Rock or Mardi Gras is better and the smart choice, floors always helpful and will hold payments up to 30 days!!

My wife and I went there not too thrilled about the whole venue very small casinos box in no views, stores were closed, seems like everything was under construction had to park far away unless you want Valley vehicle, the outside of the building looks great . The restaurants around Gulfstream Park are very pricey as the drinks are too I dont know how much the shopping is but theres a lot to choose from

The casino is not a fair place. They have drawings based on points you receive while playing but they constantly call the same people which appears to be friends of the caller and what looks bad is like tonight the person receiving a thousand dollars free play was seen just walking around but those of us playing hundreds of dollars are never called. Not a good place to invite family and friends
