Good value, especially for the location. You can walk to Firekeepers just next door. Clean rooms, and the free breakfast in the morning is definitely worth grabbing. Most weekend nights, you can save about $100-150 a room by staying here as opposed to the Firekeepers hotel. Unfortunately, their rates rise pretty high when a popular concert or show is in town, but such is the nature of the industry.

Close to the casino. Literally a 5 minute walk (in a cornfield), but there is a very convenient and friendly shuttle in the evening also. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Not just carbs, but eggs and bacon as well as fruit, muffins and waffles. Definitely recommend this place. (I had visited 3 hotels in the last week and this one fared very well)

Stayed here June 2016 with husband. Arrived in the late evening, check in was prompt and friendly. Room was clean. The property seemed older and nothing fancy, but everything was in good condition. Convenient location for us to walk to the casino next door. Breakfast was what we expected, bacon seemed a little weird taste & texture, but other food was good before checking out.

The customer service is awesome. Planned a long overdue night away with my husband and not only did I incorrectly enter the wrong day (Sunday when we wanted Saturday) but also the wrong month! I thought we were out that money since I prepaid online. But spoke to Jessica and she was sooooooooooo helpful and professional about my mistake :) she cleared it all up!! Thanks Jessica!

A 5 minute walk through the corn field path to the casino, a great, breakfast included in room rate morning treat, and very clean property make this hotel a no-brainer to stay at - really enjoyed it. We stay here on our way to and from Toronto every time. Staff is great too! Thank you!

My wife and I had a terrible experience with ants at this hotel. The breakfast was great though and they had worker serving waffles (yes). But, the free food could not make up for the many pest that were all over room throughout our stay. Good luck if you book this hotel.

Been to this quality inn numerous times and have never been let down. Rooms are clean and comfy, the staff is great, Pasches has wonderful meals and we really love to come on Friday night to listen to Jim Dove, hes great entertainment!

Our stay at the quality inn was very relaxing. Its located in a very convenient spot right next to firekeepers casino. There is a really nice restaurant inside the hotel and a nice little bar that stays open til 2am.

My reservation was made at the wrong quality inn, the lady at the front desk did everything she could to swtch it and make it right. She gave us an upgraded room for the aggravation. She was amazing!

Pretty pricey for what this place is but is it is because its within walking distance of the casino. Room 105 has this knocking noise in the wall which was kind of annoying.
