We went there for our anniversary. We waited in a long line to get a card that you have to have in order to play games. After we got our cards we went out on the floor to find a machine and activate them. One of the cards we were given did not work. We went straight back to the front desk for help. We were rudely told to get to the back of the line or he wasnt helping us, even after I explained we already waited in a long line and just got the card. We ended up leaving. We werent going to wait again in an even longer line than before with less staff at the service desk especially after being talked down to by that young man in a condescending tone in front of the whole crowd of people in line. Our evening was ruined over something that could have been resolved easily. Im never going to go there again. Its a bad memory now. We probably saved a lot of money anyway. Afterwards, I tried to call and speak with management. There phone system sends you in a loop. When you try to reach an operator, it just rings and rings then finally takes you back to the beginning prompts. So, this review is also a result of not being able to speak with management or someone of authority.

well I have been there 3 times. I usally go to Indiana, but this is much closer. My experence today was horrible. I like to play in the high dollar area. went for my 3rd time today, only 4 people their playing in that area. There was a woman playing the 10 dollar machines. I wanted to play one of them, but was waiting till she was finished. She went to another machine, which was at the end of the row. so I went to the oppisite end to play that machine. she came down to where i was getting ready to put my money in and told me that she was playing that machine. No credits were showing. I told her she didnt have any money in it and she told me it didnt matter, she could do whatever she wanted. I said well I will get a manager, she told me go ahead. well I found a security guy, who told me he would talk to her. Well I watched and that never happend. after talkng to other employees she has been a big problem before. they could even describe her. needless to say I left. That would never happen at the casinos I have been to, not in the high dollar area.

We love Miami Valley Gaming! Would have given them a 5 star rating if it was not for the buffet. We had a buy one get one free coupon. We ate there for dinner last night. Definitely wasnt worth the $20.00 cost. Not many choices. The staff putting out the food was rude. A lady next to me asked when more chicken would be out. The employee said in a very rude voice "I dont know." Spun around and went in the back. Several of the pans that were out, were empty. Our server was nice enough to us but was standing behind us talking to another server bitching about her low tips. She was upset with a lady that only left her $1.00. I can understand her being upset about it but I dont want to hear about it while trying to enjoy a pitiful buffet. MVG should take lessons from Golden Corral! Everything else about our experience was wonderful! We will definitely be back. We will just avoid the overpriced, sorry buffet!

Update: first time food was great second time was so bad. Stopped by on Thanksgiving and had the buffet it was inedible. Turkey was so dry you couldnt even eat it, the ham was way over cooked, just all around bad and cost over $50 for 2 people. Very disappointing after the first visit and being so good. First time here and am impressed. Buffet for a casino buffet was really good. My husband and I travel all over the country in a semi, so get to see lots of casinos. This one does offer truck parking. First time visitors get some free slot play. The food has been one of the best casino eateries we have found, both the grill that is open late and the buffet. A bit disappointed no breakfast buffet, but do have a coffee counter open 24 hours that has breakfast.

For me, my wife and I frequent this Casino and love it. Of all the ones in the Greater Cincinnati Area other than winning big at Belterra Park, I really enjoy the experience at the Miami Valley Casino. Pleasant opportunities, have had good luck though no big money I have won some here. Other than a "player" with an attitude hording a machine with no money in it the staff have always been pleasant and accommodating. Good number of machines to chose from, tend to find them normally a little loose an the atmosphere always for me exciting! I personally like Miami Valley though it takes me about 25-30 minutes to get there. Love the experience and will continue to come to this Casino. Thumbs up for me!

Miami Valley Gaming, or MVG as myself and my friends that frequent it call it, is always a fun time. Ive never really won much, but friends have. It is a slots-only place with no cards or anything of the sort. There is a race track and betting on horses, making it one of Ohios Racinos. I have sampled food from both Cin City and Trifecta. The food from each is excellent. If you drop in to Cin City, I highly recommend their steak, and ask for Sharon. Shes a superb waitress. Trifecta is probably the most affordable of the food options. Their Cheesiest Cheeseburger is among my favorite burgers anywhere, featuring 3 kinds of cheese. I have made many trips and have yet to have a bad experience.

The staff generally was great, however, if you have an issue, the management and marketing department really dont care. I just got off the phone with a gentleman from the marketing department regarding a complaint i inquired about over 2 months ago, with no resolution to the issue. They obviously dont care about their neighbors as i literally live less than 5 minutes away. If they would have contacted me soon after the issue they probably would still have me as a customer. But as he stated there is nothing to be done except apologize for the poor response. Too little to late. I apologize for the loss to your business, as Im sure your competitors are happy to gain mine.

I will not visit this place again. There was a time when I could go here and do fairly well on the machines but that has changed. The machines are very tight now and it is next to impossible to come ahead or even for that matter. I will be taking my business to Horseshoe for now on since they know how to treat their customers. Horseshoe also has much better rewards program as well as better dining. The only thing that made me feel good about my last visit was tossing my players card in the garbage on the way out since I no longer intend to use it. I wouldnt be surprised if Im not the only one to do that.

Ive never been, but I thought Id give this place a visit. First off I was pretty disappointed seeing that there are NO TABLES!!! Being a roulette and poker player that was pretty much my only point in going, but I stayed for about an hour and played some slots. Wasnt very happy with my results, lost $300 pretty fast. I dont usually play slots, but man these slots are just rigged to screw you over. Tightest slots I have ever played hands down!!! I wasnt even ahead not once!!! I will not be returning to this place, and will continue going to the Horseshoe.
