The games and bowling was great but the customer service is horrible by a couple of the girls that work there. It was as if someone was forcing them to be there. When cashing in tickets one girl wouldnt say anything just give us dirty looks so I said how many tickets do I have and she told us. I gave her our prizes and then she handed the cards back again without saying a word. I said how many is left and she told us as if we were bothering her. Then I grabbed a bunch of candy and bracelets and she was clearly miscounting as if she didnt give a crap and punched the candy towards us. I said can we have a bag.. she gave us one and said didnt I give you one for your other atuff with an attitude and then put a couple bracelets back without mentioning that we didnt have enough or asking which items wed like to put back. This girl was completely rude I wish I would have gotten her name. Heavyset brunette girl who cant be bothered to do her job. Then there was another girl who was clearly filling in at the bar and we stood there waiting for a beer for twenty minutes without her saying a word to us while she made someones drink order three times because she kept doing it wrong. It wouldnt have been so bad if she would have apologized or just smiled but she just moped around looking miserable. I wont mention her name because I cant remember the other one who intitially made me hate the place. In the other hand there were a couple of nice guys working there... just need to get rid of those two.

Horrible service we waited over an hour to get even a pool table or bowling lane we were told you cannot make reservations or put names down we waited 40 mins to get served at a bar that only serves beer I tried to place a good order at the "snack bar" I was in line directly after my father ordered and the entire time the girl taking the order looked like she was completely lost I get to the counter after my dad finishes placing his order and I stand there for 10 mins while shes walking around doing what looks like nothing for her to then come up to me and tell me that there not taking orders now for about 15 mins I wait another 30 mins for a table to open up just to sit down and only 5 mins after I leave the counter she starts serving people food again .. Bizzar rediculous poorly managed staff this place will eventually fail and loose business and get shut down

I used Karaoke Japanese song. sound no good. Music so soft and it was Karaoke sound turn on trun off absoluty not fun. 私は日本のカラオケを利用しましたが、音が出たり途切れたり、１時間利用して終始その状態でした。とても歌いにくかったです。それで同じ料金を払うなんて馬鹿馬鹿しい。 それに、機械の音量は小さいし、 日本のカラオケと比べたらダメというのは、なんとなくわかりますが、早く日本で使われているようなカラオケの機械がこちらに導入？！or 機器の向上を宜しくお願い致します。

alot of games are broken, many games seems playable but the tickets wont go in to your card, please becareful. Everytime I notified the staff what game is broken, they never fix it. alot of good looking dolls in crane game have sat there for a couple monthes probably years without people getting them, they have designed this impossible to get block so that you will never get them. to the manager at that place: please recharge 300 dollars of game card and try to play one of the crane machine, if you cant get them with in 300 bucks, them ADJUST them accordingly!!

Tons of great arcade games. They have the latest updated versions of popular rhythm games from Japan, as well as a whole selection of fighting games. They even had a few shoot em ups. Dont forget all the redemption games, billiards tables, and bowling alleys! Employees are generally helpful. They usually have a technician available to diagnose the machines if anything goes wrong. There was an issue with one of the Sound Voltex machines while I was there. The staff technician available had the machine back up and running within the hour. Definitely worth a visit

Honestly very nice place issue lane up keep terrible. no oil ever on lanes maybe one time there was and there bar is limited to nothing but beer and wine. Prices are fair except when u cant buy unlimited bowling after 10 which there open till 1 so that is highly unfair that costs you way more money. Because they can only sell a hour and half package after 10 wich is expensive because you have to buy two just to bowl from ten to 1. Fix there lanes and id give them 4 fix the bad choice at bad theyd get a 5 there is a lot of potential here though.

This place is a little bit of a drive for me however, when Im able to head down there I love it. They have amazing arcade games imported from Japan and also local favorites. The only downside is there a little bit on the expensive side but the only game in town for imported games from Japan. Dont be turned off by their prices its an experience like no other. If youre into gaming of all kinds you will not be disappointed with your trip here.

Been here twice already in the same week, defintely a great place to get together with friends or family, throw a party or just chilling with the guys. Karaoke is incredibly fun since its in private rooms and no one can hear you sing. Staff are alright, Id rate them 3/5 some seem like they are still in highschool, Cant hold that agaisnt them since theyre still learning. The place is actually clean, Id rate 8/10. Fun level 7/10.

Great selection of games, for that Id give a 3/5 but the service is abysmal, bad enough for me to rate a 1/5. They claim to be open until 1am but in reality the doors are closed at 12am with absolutely no warning at all for smokers or anyone stepping outside the doors. I dont recommend coming to this arcade late night. The service is also terrible - long waits, rude manager, seemingly careless to their customers.

Super fun. Lots of games to play they seem to swap out cabinets monthly. They offer; Billiards, bowling, darts (only 2 boards), ping-pong (2 tables as well) and karaoke all on a first come first serve basis. They have a beer and wine bar with taps as well as fast food-ish food. And if a machine malfunctions on you grab someone from the counter and the will make it right like stuck prizes or unresponsive games.

Horrible customer service. Our bowling game turned off with 3 frames left and the first woman was super nice but the person that she called up front started argueing with me . Then the manager was just as bad. I called the corporate # and they didnt seem to care either . We had 3 kids with us too so they were disappointed to say the least. No solution was given so we never finished our game.

Round 1 is my new it place. My cousin recommended going here for a night out and i loved it. Forget Dave & Busters, this place has EVERYTHING. Bowling, ping pong, karaoke, billiards, and so many arcade games. The staff were very friendly. It looks and seems like all the technology is new and high tech. Would definitely recommend Round 1 to anyone looking to have a fun night with friends.

Bowling and karaoke are fun, Tons of arcade games. But a few of them stopped working/took money but didnt work/ ran out of tickets. Staff there didnt seem to care. Spent all of my sons tickets on a prize that when we got home it didnt work. Took it back the next day and they said we need to return the light to the manufacturer/ wouldnt give us a working one.
