ive been going to this movie theatre for nearly 20 years. its changed ownership a few times, but its still a good place to see a movie. its usually not crowded, but also not empty. the food/candy/drinks are priced as youd expect for a movie theatre. also the mall is a good place to kill a little time before or after the movie. not a lot of time, because its a small mall.

I would have to say its a case of bad management. I come here quite often and the floors are always a mess. Popcorn and small pieces of paper everywhere you look. If I was looking for a first impression it wouldnt be a good one. If I walked into a restaurant with floors like that I wouldnt be eating there. I guess my point is that theres no excuse for it!

This place is a dump, I really wanted to call the board of health after I walked into this theater, Ive never been more disgusted in my life. Next time I go in there, Im bringing a mop, a pair of gloves, some lysol wipes, and offer to reupholster the seats, place is gross, and I wont be back anytime soon

Everytime I go the floors are always sticky and the seats are gross. There is always someone in the theater being obnoxious and the staff does nothing. Stick with the West Springfield theater always a way better experience and the place is alot cleaner. Worth going a little further out of my way.

They dont show older movies now and for some reason they show the trailer that says hey its this movies anniversary come see on this date when they dont even show it at that movie theater the movie was called the labyrinth and they should have it out playing in theaters for at least a week

This is a good movie threatre. Its always clean and people are nice. The mall might not be busy, but the theatre is always popping! The food is expensive (as expected) but they have weekly ticket deals and a lot of showings.

If you end up in the right theater, they have plush, reclining seats. Some of them have arms that raise if you really want to sprawl out, which are also wonderful for cuddling with your sweetheart ;)

very nice theatre, always clean, employees always nice. refreshments are a bit over the top when it comes to pricing. need to re-mortgage the house to buy a bag of pop- corn and a soda! (small)

I wish they would go back to morning movies when its much quieter. I dislike the crowds when movies are starting around the same time around noon and staff is always short.

Theatre and restrooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The $1 summer movies are amazing for families with small children. My kids had a blast. Thank you!

Nice clean safe place to watch a movie. Easy to get to, with plenty of parking (though you may have to walk a bit to get back to the theater).
