Although I would love it if the nice leather couch was open every time we visit The Speakeasy Lab, I think more people should know about this hidden gem of a speakeasy/distillery. The cocktails are fantastic, there are a good amount of food pop-ups to compliment the cocktails, and there are some really friendly people running the distillery. Just go.
