First brewery I can recall where you feel like youve left the area and can relax and enjoy your beer. I met the brewmaster around the fire pit outside, he made my friends feel at home. Between the layout, location and quality of beer left quite an impression. Try their stout. Craft breweries have flooded Massachusetts, this is one that wishes to be a fun place to relax with friends and try small batched beer. Id prefer it to Sam Adams or Harpoon any day! It has local business feel and their interest in sustainability by using old casks to make chairs impressed me at first visit. They are called Barrell House Z because the types of beer are Variable. I cant wait to try more.

What a cool place! They do beers that have been aged in various used barrels of differerent alcohols, and you can smell or taste them. So much of their decor and furniture is barrel-made or barrel-related which is really cool. You can can or bottle one of the beers to take home. Didnt try their "Macanadas" but the Sausage Guy had some good sausages.

This place is amazing, great and unique beer, the owners are very friendly and willing to talk to anyone in the tap room. This place usually has 7+ beers of draft with a constant rotating list of beers.

Great place with an awesome atmosphere. A bit of a victim of their own popularity, closing early for a function when I visited, but the staff was polite and accommodating.
