I have been to this location three times, and each of the three times I have left less than thrilled. The first time we visited, the computers went down while we were in line to rent our lane. It seemed that the people playing were able to continue their games, but new guests could not be accommodated. As a consolation for the inconvenience, we were given free play passes for our next visit (and truly, it was inconvenient - myself, my husband and my three year old waited for a solid half an hour before receiving a lane ((also, what kind of establishment charges full price for little ones?! - not a family friendly one!!!))). Our next visit was to use our free game vouchers. It took over 30 minutes to get a lane. Truly, impressive lack of customer service. The same lady was tending to folks at the cash register as was tending to customers during our previous visit when the computers went down, apparently she is the manager of this establishment. We played our free game, then paid full price for one game for each of us (including full price for a three year old - also, the establishment was unable to provide the handicap bowling aid for the kid that we had to pay full price for!). So, a year later - and an infant later - we decide to try again (only after unable to make reservations at an alternative establishment that we frequent, paying significantly more for - but have never had issues with). We rent our shoes and our lane for one game. Again, paying full price for me, my husband and my 4 year old. We waited in line to rent a lane. There were two couples in front of us, and the wait was again impressive. Finally, it was our turn. We rented our lane for one game each and shoes. I stood in line for a pitcher of blue moon beer while my husband took the children over to our lane to program in our names. WOW is really all i can say. The amount of time that I waited just to order beer. wow. When it was finally my turn, of course the keg needed to be replaced. Instead of making my turn a priority, the person working on my order gave up and went to make a sandwich or sub (something along those lines). Defeat was all I felt at this point.... defeat. Finally, someone replaced the keg and got us our pitcher of beer. We began our game and all was good for a bit. The people next to us left at one point. I went up to the front and let the same manager lady know that the lane had been vacated mid-game in case there happened to be another unfortunate couple waiting for their turn. We continued with our game... our daughter be-befriended the folks in the lane next to us, so we bought them a pitcher of beer to thank them, and be cordial. Just about that time, our lane shut down mid-game. I went up to the front and spoke to the shoe girl about the issue (the line to talk to rent a lane/talk to the manager went nearly out the door). She said that she would send someone down. 15 minutes later i went back up to the front with receipts for over 65 dollars worth of money spent on half of a game and was told our lane would be reactivated. I went back down to our lane and waited - knowing that nothing would happen. And, nothing happened. We finally packed up and left. I just dont understand. How does your establishment allow such a lackluster human being be the manager? This isnt even taking into consideration the fact that when i took my daughter to the bathroom, one of the employees was on her phone before we got there and even after we left. The ceiling tiles above the food area are covered in food/beverage. The front entrance to get in was disgusting, full of cigarette butts, hand prints that span at least 3 months, shoes that we paid a significant amount for for half of a game that had holes in them, the balls were chipped and got stuck before arriving at the return. The people next to us also kept throwing their balls into our lane. Truly, a terrible experience - every time.

We had an awesome time at this alley. The manager was all smiles, very polite, and made sure we did not want for anything. I had a small 2 lane birthday party of 6 for my son. I added one other guest last minute and this was not a problem at all. Nicely decorated tables were already setup. They are multicolored yellow and red. (That may be subject to change though.) The food was surpringly tasty. Usually entertainment place food is barely edible. You will have to wait for a bit at consessions. It was understandable since the food is hand cooked hot to order. Burgers, fries, hotdogs and pizza is the standard fair. This place supports duckpin as well as ten pin bowling, a ton of lanes, a small bar during the late afternoon and evening, lockers (i think didnt really pay attention), has a handful of arcade things, and one billiard table. I was delighted that they even have a metal and plastic support for kids as young as three to participate in bowling. My daughter who was discouraged at the weight of the ball, became enthralled in the game, as she was able to place the ball in the support and watch it knock pins down with ease. All in all, the party was a success

This was honestly a pretty decent bowling alley. We came here with a group of 8 and it was the only bowling alley with any free spots. The customer service is OK (a bit subpar) and we did have numerous issues with the alley machines. The food is on par for a bowling place. The cosmic bowling is a lot of fun and overall this place is pretty good! Id definitely pick Brunswick over it, but if thats full, this is a decent alternative.

Two guys at the AMF in Pikesville serviced my party and myself impressively. Over the call of duty, their hospitality was very appreciated. Their names are Jermaine and Carl. Thanx so much, I will return. Please make AMF cards usable at all locations. .Thanx Again Guys

The lanes didnt work. Every 4 frames they would freeze or not put the correct amount of pins. Employees were of no help. Was not even allowed to finish my game because of a "system crash." Will never spend another penny at this establishment.

Lanes were not glossed in easily 2 days. Balls did not spin on lane. Staff had no idea of drinks menu or the 3 draft options..took orders for pitchers they didnt even have, even after checking their computer. Never again, this AMF

Very rude service. Their employees even call themselves different names when asked for one. Unheard of. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is that the GM was available to discuss and listen to my concerns on Sun evening.
