We first visited Launch, when it first opened. The general manager, Eli, was super welcoming and kind to me and my girls. He was patient with the staff who is learning the new system, and showed us all around. He told us about the birthday party options and knowing my daughter had a birthday coming up, we were sold. Before the party, we got an email complete with electronic waivers and even electronic invites that were super easy to fill out and disseminate to my guests. The day of the party came and the staff was so welcoming to not only me and my girls but also all of my guests. They were exceptionally accommodating, it was like having a personal concierge for my party. Joey the mascot came to the party and was a hit amongst the kids most ranging around age 8. The parents even got into the jumping, needless to say we all got a workout!! The staff to help to clean up and there was very little for us to do, just show up and have a good time. We were able to bring our own decorations which put a personal spin on it. I took a poll amongst the children, on a zero out of 10 scale they rated it and 11 or 12!! I highly recommend Launch, and personally think its better than the other place, WAY better!!!

Took a group of sophomores here and they had a blast. It was great to finally get to spend time with students where I was actually encouraging them to go wild the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive even though we were a small group and they didnt really have to be. The facilities were bright, engaging, clean, and well-organized. Above all else, though, the Management was excellent. We are a small, financially-strapped school and had so many mishaps with the planning of the trip --- issues with pushing back dates, getting the deposits in on time, changing the numbers, showing up late, etc. Through it all they were so polite and flexible and willing to work with us that is took an incredible amount of stress off of me (they even let us have an extra half-hour since we showed up a half hour late!). It was one of the best days of the school year and certainly the best trip. Were already planning on bringing half of the school back early next year. Highly Recommend!

Gave this place a try after trying out skyzone just down the road. In my opinion this is way better than skyzone. Manager here was super nice and even gave us extra jump time since he ran out of a certain color bracelets. In comparison to skyzone this place has two dodge ball courts and open jump area seems more roomy than skyzone. Transition from one court to another is easy. In skyzone you have to walk across the food court to get to dodge ball courts. The easy transition makes it easier for parents as there is only one place to enter and exit jump area. Referees are super cool and not so strict but still enforcing the rules of the court. Give it a shot if your a skyzone fan and you may like. Prices are very comparable to skyzone.

This place is really nice! My sons really liked the dodgeball which was much better than the flat surface trampoline dodgeball thats at other trampoline parks. They also have an airbag to jump into instead of foam that seems much more sanitary. My sons also really like the elevated squares that they could jump off. The staff was really nice and interactive. And the milkshakes are good! We will be back!

Saturday the Manger was amazing he was super active with the kids the employees seemed happy to be working with him the pizza was good they really give you what you pay for but the service is priceless the place clean no yelling parents its a good spot for kids and adults ....But S/O to the manager on Saturday and his crew #therealmvp #wecommingbackonsaturday

Best trampoline park in the area! Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean. The kids loved the extreme dodgeball courts - we havent seen anything like it before! Plus the inflatable (Wileout) and the gaming pods put Launch at the top of our list! We will be back often!

Not a bad spot for the kids, however the website did not mention that the only socks you could use is the one that you have to purchase from launch trampoline. We brought our own slip proof socks and was not able to use them.

The place is not overcrowded! My kids love this place over Skyzone. They like to jump freely from dodge ball area to other areas! This place is huge! Great selection of snacks... The pizza needs improvement

I love the layout of the park. I can see my kids at practically any point. The meltdown is a hit. The park is nice and clean. The employees are super friendly and interactive. Next up...booking a party.

Fun and safe kids fun. As indoor fun places for kids go, this is a reasonably affordable option for a party or just as a place to take the kids to let off steam for an hour or so.

Great place to jump around and flip. Generally low tide so you are free to do whatever. Best of all the staff and rules are really easy going. Overall better than skyzone!

Highly disorganized. Food was cold and served too soon. Pizza was cheap frozen and even the 5 year olds thought it was terrible. Terrible place.

Went to the toddler time on a Friday morning and it didnt have a lot of kids which was great. Really cheap for an hour and a half of jumping.

Great place....kid friendly and the staff is fantastic. Kendall and Travis especially. My boy has lots of fun and its great for active kids.
