When in the seats there is so much room surrounding you and everything feels so clean. Also the staff is very friendly and the ticket machines are easy to work and not stressful. At the many times I have gone here, none of the theaters have been fully packed which is nice so you dont necessarily have to sit next to someone that you dont know. I also appriceate the assigned seating because that means that you dont have to get there early to get a good seat and you know that you will get a seat with family and friends if you scchedule ahead of time. All in all, this is definetly my favorite movie theater in Maine and I would recommend it to anyone

Cosmetically pleasing and comfortable seats. Friendly staff. But the theater tends to have a thriving population of unruly savages, and nothing is done about it. They ruin the movie. Some chains address this. Its infuriating to throw a bunch of money at a movie then have the movie, the whole point of the outing, ruined. The comfiest seats in the world cant make up for that. An expanded concessions menu and real butter would be nice. But ensuring that the audience can enjoy the movie without constant interruption is the main opportunity for improvement here.

What a great theater! The seats have motorized recliners and even with the seats reclined there is room for folks in your row to enter an exit without the need for you to move. You can see from the photo there is also no problem with visibility if someone is seated in the next row. You can purchase the tickets ahead of time on line with their website and scan yourself in when you arrive. Knowing this is here Im a lot more likely to go out for a movie rather than wait for Amazon or Netflix.

Our first visit to the NEW Flagship Cinema was perfect! Bailey and the lovely lady with whom he works made us feel welcome even as we ( "senior citizens" ) bumbled our way through the new routines with the credit card, and the butter location, and how the delightfully comfortable and spacious reclining seats worked! The movie was superb; the theatre and its friendly staff made it perfect.

This place is great. The seats are awesome because they are electric recliners so you are guaranteed lots of space. The food is also good and the staff will help you as quickly as possible. I would recommend buying your tickets online or ahead of time though because you choose your seats when you buy your tickets, not when you enter the theater.

From picking your exact seat at ticket purchase, self serve butter to drown your popcorn in, to the big comfy seats that actually recline, this place is great to watch movies at! And lots of room between seats so you can walk by without having to stick your butt right in someones face to get by

Stellar theater experiences. I dont even want to go anywhere else. However I will reenforce a couple reviews on here by saying the screens are a bit small from a farther distance, and it is a tad chilly inside. Still, those complaints wont warrant less than 5 stars from me. So glad this cinema is here; I welcome it!

The seats are very comfortable and recline. The staff have also been very polite and nice when Ive taken special needs people there to watch movies. Ive been there several times and the only problem Ive had was once someone else reserved the same seats as me and a friend, but it was quickly resolved by the staff.

I used to come here when it was a Regal Cinemas before Walmart purchased the entire building. I was so excited that Flagship had purchased it and revitalized the old cinema. Its clean and modern inside with friendly staff. Great place to take the family out for a movie, or just a night out with someone special.

They put us in a very small theater that had a screen that was a quarter in size to a normal theater the chairs were extremely comfortable I just wish they wouldve told us before he brought her two small kids that it was literally meant for a birthday party we were expecting a theater experience...

Absolutely the best seats(reclining leather) of any theatre around. Being able to reserve your exact seats in advance is great too: No need to rush to get first-come-first-serve. Highly recommended... though watch the popcorn, I had more unpopped kernels than Ive had elsewhere.

This theater is amazing! The prices are super affordable, the seating is extremely comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, and you can get refills on drinks and popcorn! They also offer accommodations for the hearing impaired, and the theater is very clean and welcoming.

Every movie is always sold out. Seats are super comfortable but its an awkward setting its kinda like you are in a plane with an aisle in the middle and last seat is next to the trash. You must buy your tickets online. Dont expect just to go and get tickets it will be sold out.

A newly renovated "premium" theater and it delivers! Definitely my new favorite. You cant beat sitting in a customizable recliner for the movie, with tons of leg room and a personally selected seat. The rest of the theater is excellent as well with a vaguely high end feel.

Love this place and the overall format. Online purchase guarantees your seat location, so no more standing in long lines and hoping that youll find a decent seat. Speaking of seats, electric recliners with lots of elbow room are awesome!

I love this theater. Im closer to Cinemagic and Smittys but I make the couple minute longer drive to here. Electric reclining chairs, free refills on fountain soda, its pretty fantastic. I recommend very much.

Very roomy seats, however every handful of popcorn that I ate had some unpopped kernels making it difficult to eat. They are reasonable priced and have 1 free refill per large item.
