This theater has a few screens that are equipped with digital projection and its a great way to see a film. The movies look and sound perfect in this format. Before the feature, one can even express an annoyed sigh at the local WGME "news" team as they introduce the facility and blabber on about "digital." The seats are comfortable (they even tilt back) and the facility is clean. The only downside is that this property has assigned seats, so people who come in late are often fumbling around to figure out where theyre supposed to be in the dark theater. The lines at the box office can also be a bit slow because of people trying to figure out how to choose their seat assignments. Overall this is a pleasant spot to watch a movie. With the standard exception of the cooked audio in the trailers, the sound is usually at a satisfactory volume, and the ticket prices dont feel like too much of a ripoff. Im glad theyve invested in digital projection, and I hope someday soon they can completely abandon the 35mm format.

Cant see Star Wars because I bought my ticket online from Cinemagic Stadium Theaters and one of their employees messed up and gave me the wrong ticket when I went to pick it up a few weeks ago. Fast forward to opening night when I noticed the error. Rather than try to fix it, the manager just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. He even had the audacity to offer to sell me a replacement ticket and said it was my fault for loosing my ticket, never mind the fact that I never received a ticket in the first place. Every other modern theater Ive been to scans tickets to avoid duplicate fraud. Rather than invest in modern technology, Cinemagic decided it was easier provide exceptionally poor customer service. So instead of seeing Star Wars on opening night Im on hold with my credit card company waiting to do a charge back and looking for a different movie theater company to do business with. Super disappointed in you, Cinemagic.

This place smells terrible.Walked in for the first time on dec 29th and the smell of "old grease" was gagging us.The place was filthy and if the movie lasted any longer we would have had to leave because the smell was so overwhelming ! When leaving there were 7 or 8 employees standing around How about changing the "cooking oil "? Go to Saco if you want an enjoyable evening for your money !

My favorite local theater, hands down. The aging Regal cinema location got bought a few years back by Cinemagic and they totally renovated the interior - it has fantastic sound and picture quality with great seating! One problem though: the parking lot has become a pothole death trap. Maybe they could fix that.

Its a theater that seems outdated because I dont see anything that scans your tickets if you be them online but they are still a decent theater overpriced stuff tho but Im not surprised every theater is but yeah its not bad kid make sure when you get your ticket to ask them to check it

One of our favorite theaters. It is located in a run down plaza but the theater is clean and modern. For us, the best part is that this is not a destination for kids so there is no need to face a wall of adolescents as you might at other locations.

Seats are comfortable but Everytime I go they mess up my coupon. Have had to be reimbursed but it takes three times longer. 5 stars for customer service for pleasant people but very slow getting good and always messing up coupons.

i used to feel comfortable sitting in movie theaters before i went to cinemagic, thee design of the chairs cushion made my thighs and butt itch horribly. I would make sure you bring paper towels or a garbage bag to put under you

This is the adult theater. No computer games here, instead , there is a bar and restaurant. Real leather seats that recline in a full stadium theater. It does not get any better then this, with plenty of parking to boot.

Love the new seating and bar area! Snacks are way over priced... $10.50 for a small popcorn that looked like it came from the bottom of the machine with only half the bag uncrushed kernels....and a water.

Cinemagic tried to clean up Clarks Pond but the theater still needs a lot of work. This is usually a "last resort" theater for me. Floors are usually sticky along with the armrests on the seats.

The lesser popular Cinamagic in the greater Portland area. Always clean, never busy, and has a bar inside. Stadium seating and plenty of parking. A true diamond in the rough.
