I went to Cinemagic as I do everytime I want to see a movie because I liked the theater. We went to a 9:50 showing in the imax theater. Being that is was late there were only 8 other people in the theater. The next moring i awoke to find my wallet was missing. after realizing that it had most likely fell out of my pocket I called cinemagic right up to address this concern. The manager called me back stating that he had looked and hadnt found my wallet but he would look again. After 1 hour, I called him back and he stated that his cleaners were in there now and if it was in there they would find it. I decided to go and look for it myself. It took me less then 2 minutes to walk down the isleand find it laying on the floor with $250.00 in cash missing. We were the last people out of the theater that night. I then called the directors of operations who had the General manager of that store call me. She said she appoligized and she could send me a pair of movie passes for my inconvienience. Not happy with the way this turned out. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that you have unhonest people workign for you and one of the cleaner grabbed the cash and throught the wallet on the floor. After using the free passes I will not return to this movie theater again.

We LOVE this restaurant and theater! The IMAX is amazing and the restaurant is pretty incredible. The food is awesome, all made from scratch, no fast food crap, we had a burger cooked perfectly and the dinner special, chicken Marsala which was quite amazing!!! The service was exceptional and the 5 dollar drink prices more then affordable. Of course if you are ordering the top shelf liquors, of which they have many high end whiskeys and scotches, you may find yourself paying a premium price...but their pours are very generous and you get your moneys worth.....If you are eating in the restaurant you can purchase movie tickets right there, as part of a dinner package at a discount. We will definitely return!!!

I went once to see "Prometheus"in the IMAX theater in Saco and the audio and video were out of sync! I went and told the girls at the concession stand right away and went back in. Nothing happened. I went back out to see what was the hold up and they said they couldnt do anything once the movie had started, so it had to stay that way. I wanted my money back, but they wouldnt give it to me. Instead they just gave me a free movie ticket to come back and see it. I drove 45 minutes to get there, so I wasnt about to wait or come back. So I gave my free ticket away and left. Not very happy about that at all since I was looking forward to the movie in Imax. The movie theater was nice though.

For the people who said the popcorn is stale, I do not agree. As for the cleanness, its a rather large movie theater, not a restaurant (theres bound to be some spilled food), and the bathrooms are very clean. The concessions are of course a little pricy, but that happens in every theater. IMAX and sound are excellent. The only complaint I have is I accidentally left my coat (with my wallet) in the theater, and the janitor wouldnt let me back in until after she was cleaning. So, I ended up missing a meeting because I couldnt retrieve my jacket. Other than that one incident, Cinemagic is a wonderful movie theater. (Queue music and singing) You love Cinemagic!

Said they opened at 11:00am got there at 11:20 and the doors were still locked. Waited 15 minutes in 15 degree weather just to go back to my car for another 10 minutes, warm up and then wait another good 10 minutes for them to open the doors.. my movie started at 12:00 or at least was suppose to. At 12:00 the ads were all over but the movie screen just kept saying enjoy the show and there was annoying 60s music playing. Never coming back. Even for the IMAX its not worth it. Bullshit for the money. $32 down the drain

This is one of the cleaner and higher end movie theaters in northern New England. Usually gets packed during highly anticipated releases and parking could be more abundant but otherwise accommodates most crowds well. Normal concession options plus a restaurant inside. The IMAX is high end and large with great sound. Seating is comfortable and there isnt any broken or "run-down" sections of this theater.

Been here a few times for the IMAX. The video quality is fairly poor considering the price. The refresh rate is noticeably slow. In large panning shots the image becomes too blurry to make anything out. High actions shots also seem out of focus due to the stuttering. We have watched several movies here and they are all the same. If its 3D its much worse. Seats are comfortable.

Showed up at 11:20 as the website said it opened them, didnt unlock the doors till roughly 11:40-11:45, seats are uncomfy on top of standing in the 20 degree weather waiting for the doors to be unlocked, movie start time on the website was 12:00 and currently listening to terrible Christmas music waiting for the movie to start at 12:30 Im gonna assume since it hasnt started yet

Parking can be difficult when a blockbuster movie premiers. Otherwise, parking usually right out front. Picture is good. Sometimes sound is too low and cannot hear all the dialogue. Theaters arent usually that clean. Feet stick to the floor. As for the prices, regular ticket prices are a bit too high at this and all theaters.

Its ok here, but greatly overpriced. Same goes for the new restaurant that is attached (Ground Round.) Occasionally I will see a movie in iMax, but most of the time I find myself in Smittys Cinema instead. I can usually get tickets and food there for the price on imax tickets here.

Nice enough but the concession prices are a tad rediculous for what you get even by normal theater standards. Had a few issues of projectors overheating too. High turn arou d with staff too so no one is ever to on top of things or has any real pep in their step.

Very Disappointed!! Tickets prices are Ridiculous!! I can see 2 movie at Smittys Cinema for what this theater charges. I used to go here all the time but rarely go to Cinemagic now because the price has just gone up to high. Prefer going to Smittys Cinema.

Theathers could be cleaner, staff is always standing and chatting in one place. Young kids are good but these workers need guidance. And when an employee makes a mistake the Supervisors should not put them down and embarrass them infront of customers!

I would go here a long time ago. It was ridiculously loud. They have since lowered the volume i the movies and it is good. However, tickets and concessions are very expensive. It is somewhat clean. But it is my favorite theater in the area.

My family loves going to the movies at Saco Cinemagic. The Imax theatre is a treat. The sound is awesome and drowns out the sounds of people chomping their food. Sometimes the popcorn is stale, but overall its a great place to go...
