The place is not built acoustically for the best music experience. Teenage workers were rude. They know nothing about crowd management and sections for seating look like a kid drew them with chalk. Uncomfortable...seating and extremely hot. Wait was ridiculous. Sold out show for Lynyrd Skynyrd...waited for hours before doors were opened at 7 and that was 1 at a time which made our actual entry into the place 2 songs in. Do not have any intentions of returning!
Terrible experience did not open the doors until the opening band started had to line up in several lines around the building, took over a hour in line to get through the doors missed opening band, two beer stations a hour in line and two beer max, then leaving the parking lot was chaos fights no traffic control. Took a hour to make the mile drive up the hill to the arena and about a hour and a half to get out of the parking lot. Very unorganized Chaos.
Its a good place because its close to interstate 75 and not hard to find or get to and they have a lot of different events here such as a circus today and it often has singers such as Allen Jackson, Blake Shelton , Miranda Lambert and many more singers. Also it has Monster Truck rallys something for the whole family.
Went to the Skynyrd show last night. What a joke trying to get in! Stood in line over an hour and a half,Blackstone Cherry was finished before we even got in the door! About an hour trying to get out of parking lot! Probably wont be going to any future events there! Pitiful!!
Went to the cancer survivor dinner with my mom. Theres so much to be thankful for, especially when you see all the survivors. Its the ones you dont see the next year that brings tears to your eyes. Thankful to God i still have my mom.

While it dont seem a lot of events are held here I will say the arena itself is nice. Its not all that big but with that even the nose bleed section aunt that bad.
Parking is atrocious but hopefully will be getting better soon with the additional spaces. Easy to navigate inside and not too closed in.
The venue is nice. We saw a comedian. Had floor seats and could see and hear well. Staff is nice the ones I had interaction with.
The arena is a joke. Truck pulls, kiddie stuff. They havent had anything good there since the Three Doors Down concert!
Theu really need to get a different sound system. We were here for a graduation and every speaker sounded garbled.
The parking and driveway were very disorganized and dangerous. The arena itself was clean and organized.
Great shows but extremely hot, they dont turn on the air. Artist even complain about it on stage.
Awesome new arena great for any event! Would highly recommend for large event in the area!
Horrendous parking, ridiculous line just to get in the door. Choose another venue!
Great location with plenty of parking. Not a bad seat anywhere in the arena.
Great place to take kids food is a little high but expected for an arena
Pretty big and I went to the Brantley Gilbert concert and had a blast
