Everyone who looks at the Vineyards needs to really take a good look at what your paying for! I lived there with a roomate and in the first week had problems. There were roaches under the sinks, mold in the bathrooms, the previous owner had a cat and the whole townhouse smells of cat urine! If you ask management for help they wont and they think just because my roomate and I are young we dont know how to pay bills. Management called to tell us that if our payments are late then we are evicted! (which was personally insulting for I always pay my bills ahead of time and there was no reason for telling us this except that we were young) DONT LIVE HERE YOU WILL THANK THIS POST LATER

Nice neighborhood. The dishwasher is from 1980s. The maintenance is OK. Once my toilet got stopped up and they fixed it the next day. I asked them to weather strip my back door because I noticed a lot of air flowing. They didn’t do anything and then 3 months later during a snow storm, snow had accumulated inside my home on the carpet. I called them, and they told me to put some cardboard in the door and they’d fix it the next day. It’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t done anything.

Quiet small complex. Seems to be well kept up regardless of the previous comments on here. Hope they keep it nice for the complex and people living here! Maintenance seems to respond quickly so far!
