Ive never been a winery before so I really dont have anything to compare to but if my future winery visits were anything like this one, I would be 1 happy gal. The tour was about an hour in length but because I was enjoying myself so much, it felt much shorter. I actually learned quite a lot about the winery business and about the wine-making process. And most importantly, I now know why ice wine costs so much!! The wine tasting portion at the end of the tour was great. The tour guide even showed us how to taste our wines and the what/what not to do. We liked their signature wine so much that we ended up going home with several bottles. I was there during the fall months so the the vines were somewhat bare but I bet it must be gorgeous during the spring and summer months. I simply cant wait to go on another winery tour.

We were at the winery yesterday for my friends birthday. The place is very beautiful, but the only very negative comment that I have is that when we went up to the tasting counter to start the tastings, Rob was very rude and not very personable at all with any of the tasters that were at the counter. Rob ended up having around 12-15 tasters at once, which was way too many people for one person to handle and Rob did not even tell us the names of a couple of the wines that he poured for us. We felt very rushed also with our tastings. When I asked him his name he was like oh yeah I probably should have my name tag on and he just seemed not interested with working there. Very unprofessional considering the other 2 wineries that we visited yesterday where they were professional with Wollersheim being our last stop of the day.

My wife and I have been here a couple of times and we really love the overall experience! We have been to many wineries in Wisconsin and this is our favorite. It is one of the most beautiful wineries weve been to and the wine is amazingly good! They have a large selection of wines and a tasting is included if you take the tour which I highly recommend. I also suggest bringing a picnic or just cheese and crackers to enjoy with a bottle or glass of wine. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Best winery in Wisconsin and possibly the Midwest. Wines are incredible (with free tastings!) and on par with the some of the best in the country, and vineyards/grounds are beautiful...you feel like youre in Europe. The family (who we met once by chance) is also very kind and hospitable and deserve continuous success. Seeing as they are 14th generation winemakers and its obvious they know what theyre doing, this shouldnt be a problem. Very highly recommended (especially to bring out-of-towners).

The scenery surrounding the winery/ distillery was gorgeous, the wine was good, the gin and absinthe was fantastic, and our distillery guide was both knowledgeable and a blast to talk with. My wife and I were amazed at the taste and we both enjoyed both the gin ( we usually arent fans of it) and absinthe (never had it before). Were definitely coming back!!!

Really nice winery with high quality wines. Beautiful destination for a nice autumn day. The winemaker does a great job making wines that are true to style. I was surprised how good the Riesling was considering the winemakers French background. Its very apparent that his knowledge and experience runs deep. Im confident that you wont be disappointed.

By far, one of my favorite places to go in Wisconsin. Love the Chardonnay and have been a caseclub member for 5 years. Great, friendly staff, everyone extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Gave Prairie Fume paired with Ambrosius chocolate for Christmas to employees. You wont be disappointed with the beautiful scenery while enjoying a glass.

The wine is fantastic! The grounds are beautifully kept. You feelY like you are in Europe the minute you begin to walk up the path to get to the main building. Spend a few hours on the grounds drinking a bottle of your favorite wine, some cheese and crackers with friends and family. It just doesnt get better than that! Well done, Philippe!

I am not much of a wine drinker, but I enjoyed their wine, my favorite is White Riesling. The Wine tasting was enjoyable without getting too long or boring and the price for the tour and wine tasting was very affordable! The atmosphere was very relaxing (of course the wine helped) but in addition their garden was beautiful!

Love this place! So beautiful in the summer! The tour is great! So neat to see everything, and there is a wine tasting at the end. It was a great place to take my mom and grandma to on mothers day! They both love the wibe but had never done the tour. So fun! Also can grab your favorite wibes on your way out!

This winery was fantastic. All of the wines are excellent. I do recommend buying a case to become a "case club" member. This enables you to come to special events and tastings. Besides, the wines are excellent. This is one of the few wineries weve been to outside of Missouri.

Wine was good but this place sticks to small 1-ounce pours for all samples, which is understandable for free sample flights but not so much for paid ones. Seems like they try to stick to dry reds and semi sweet whites, not a lot in between.

This place is amazing. The wine tasting and tour taught me a lot about the place. The tunnel they had was a bit underwhelming, but the land and buildings are beautiful. Definitely loved the Ice Wine. Got myself 2 bottles.

Top notch secluded winery which is a treasure in the cove so to speak for this part of Wisconsin. If you have the chance to visit this establishment....you will be glad that you made the time.

What a beautiful view! The tour was a lot of fun & the wines were good! Not a fan of the spirits though, but it was interesting to see what they had. Need to come back during the summertime!

Amazing winery with plenty of seating and natural beauty. I sampled some of their wines and was very happy with them; I ended up buying one of their most expensive wines which I rarely do.

Very pretty grounds. The tour was short but nice, it goes through the history of the winery and also talks about the process. The wine was delicious and the prices were very reasonable.

Excellent wine selection including varieties grown with local grapes. Riesling is awesome. Picked up new brandy varieties from their recently opened distillery - have yet to try.

I have been a case club member for several years. We love going to the case club events and find the wines to be quite good to superb. Keep up the good work.
